This is a very honest company. I purchased a new icemaker from them however, the repair man determined that the issue was the sensor was blocked. They refunded me immediately for the icemaker. They are very courteous and friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them anytime to anyone.

I had a leak inside of my fridge and another company failed 2x to show up during their appointment window. I had spoken to Jason prior to scheduling the other company and forgotten to followup. He not only followed up, but when I called him back he was able to schedule me for the next morning with a 1 hour window for his arrival. Kept me updated prior to his arrival and had my fridge fixed in about 30 minutes. Cost of service call and repair was what the other company was going to charge just for service call. Great service and will definitely use again!

Ice maker in the fridge stopped working. Vic ordered a new ice maker and installed it a couple days later (had to wait for it to come in). No issues since. Thanks to Vic and American Appliance Service!!!

So my mom has used this company for years. I used them 3 years ago when I was rooming with a buddy, freezer started getting ice at the bottom. We would get it all out, and it would be there again in a month. They came over and fixed it in a jif. Just bought a house and they came out and fixed my stove/oven that wouldn’t light. They do great work and are honest about what the problem is and if it’s worth to fix. 11/10 would recommend.

I appreciate Randy coming out to fix our dryer. It had a burning smell and we could not find the problem. The appointment scheduling was easy and they give the date and approximate time period to arrive, calling the day of to confirm. Randy was friendly, easy going and explained everything in a conversational manner I could understand. It ended up being a ball of lint got stuck way down in the back of the dryer. I do think $98 was pretty expensive but thats the rate so it is what it is. $60 for service call to show up and $38 for half an hour of labor.

This is when you know they are a good company. I called with an issue on my GE fridge. I tried a few basic tricks via google and they didn't work. It's a known issue and I explained it to justin(?) and he offered a solution over the phone rather than coming out. He was happy to come out but said I could try his suggestion vs paying for them. It worked! That simple gesture has earned my trust the next time I have an issue that requires the professionals. I will call American Appliance Service.

My fridge needed very minor maintenance and a light switch replaced. A few places that I called were inaccessible, others offered ridiculous quotes and there was a long wait to schedule. American Appliance scheduled it for the same day, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable and I was charged $90 for the service call, labor and parts. Highly recommended.
