Dependable Appliance Service

If I could give 0 stars or even minus stars I would. They are the most unprofessional and unorganized company I ever had to work with. They never respond to texts, emails or phone calls. Don't waste your time leaving voicemails because it clearly goes into a black hole. Someone came for less than 30 seconds and said I need to order a part and the company has yet to respond to any and all communication after almost 30 days. Do not waste your time, money or energy. I don't understand how a company like Electrolux partner with horrible businesses like this one. I probably will stop buying Electrolux/Frigidaire because their repair service is just the absolute worst.

This has got to be the worst company in the tri-state area for appliance servicing. The woman answering the phones has the IQ of a rock, and the same childish attitude as my 3 year old daughter. She had a temper tantrum on the phone with me and then just hung up. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but it's more likely she's just incapable of doing her job, or any job honestly (this job was probably given to her by her family). Would like to see if she's this tough and disrespectful in person, or she just feels really powerful and important behind the phone. Avoid this place like the plague and pray for the woman answering the phones, she needs all the prayers she can get. If this company is looking for a star, they should just look up into the night sky, cause that's the closest they will get to a star.

Don't bother doing business with this useless company. I setup an appointment with them through PC. Richards warranty repair service to come fix an AC. They didn't send a text with Al time frame of arrival until the morning of which I confirmed. I waited until after the timeframe was over and called to verify they were still coming. The woman put me on hold then came back 2 minutes later saying she could not get a hold of the tech but she would have him call me when he is done at his last job to tell me when he is on his way. Never received a call, text or email to even let me know they could not make it. So now another company gets my business because this useless business can't even conduct business in a proper manner.

Javier did some nice work on my washer and he was texting me updates. However, he went to far and started hitting on me and kept texting me when I told him I was married. Feels like this is what he does - hits on his female customers.

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAQUE! We were cursed and yelled at by a so called technician named Omar in our own home. We felt threatened by him. Then I called the company and the so called owner Steve was not any better. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. GE set up the appointment. I called GE and they opened up a case against Dependable!

Scheduled a warranty repair through frigidaire. I missed a call from the technician without realizing it as I was running errands hours before the scheduled time frame. The guy accused me of lying when I said I never received his voicemails. He was immediately rude and condescending. He kept repeating "I 100% left you two voicemails" very rudely. Like chill, sometimes phones don't work...what kind of first impression is that?? I called back Frigidaire and asked for a different company to service my warranty repair. I'd give zero stars if I could. Awful customer service, immediately lost my trust and now I will make sure no family or friends give this place their business.

They suck! Unresponsive to questions. Promises never kept. No wonder thy have a one star rating, it should be 0 or minus 5 rating. Still waiting to hear from them if they are coming this morning. They told me my two month old refrigerator was out of warranty!!
