Thrilled with our experience with Jock Rotella and entire team from Expert Chimney Services! We needed chimney repair work and wanted to convert our fireplace to a gas insert. Tommy and crew did a great job on the chimney work, didn’t rush the job when needing to navigate rainy days so everything was done properly. Phil did a great installation of the insert and surround fabrication. Jock was involved and made sure we were satisfied. One of the best home improvements we’ve made - would highly recommend.

Expert Chimney installed a gas fireplace insert to replace my old wood-burning unit earlier this year. I waited to write a review until the weather cooled down—and now that we’re using it almost daily, I couldn’t be happier. It’s fantastic on cold evenings, but my favorite time is in the morning—just pushing a button and instantly enjoying the warmth and glow of the fire. The installation was professional, the team was knowledgeable, and the whole experience was seamless. Thank you, Jock and team, for a great job and a beautiful result!

I would highly recommend Jock Rotella and his team at Expert Chimney services. From the initial appointment to the cleaning and inspection they were cordial, professional, timely and honest. When I called I talked directly with the owner. Our appointment was made about 2 weeks in advance and I was told the tech would arrive around 1:00 and call in advance. Ryan called around 12:30 and said he'd be there in 20 minutes and he was! We have a 0 clearance wood fireplace that had not been cleaned since we built our home in 2001. Ryan prepped the hearth area with a tarp, cleaned the flue, collected video of the inside, ran the drone to inspect the cap, vacuumed and didn't leave a spec of ash anywhere. When he was done he thoroughly explained the results and didn't try to sell me on any any needless repairs. A few days later I received a follow up call from the owner who explained the inspection results and asked if I had any questions. Reasonably priced and pleased!

Knowledgeable and experienced Helped us to get just what we wanted in the way the fireplace looked. Work was done professionally and Phil and Nate went above the call of duty by going back up on the roof to take care of a blocked flue!!

Expert Chimney Installation of my Majestic Trilliant 35" Gas Fireplace Insert was great. Like the ease of the unit's ease of operation with the included remote control unit. It enhances beauty and comfort of our living room. Installation work was done by Phil and his Son and they were very professional, quick and helpful. No price surprises. Highly Recommended.

Ryan came out to sweep and inspect my chimney. Him and his partner were very professional and able to answer any questions I had. The owner also followed up a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly. I was very happy with their services.

I was not sure what to expect. Sometimes you hear about these companies coming out and charging a lot of money to inspect your chimneys and trying to find everything wrong with them and again you see the price tag go up. I was totally wrong when it came to the Expert Chimney Services company. They were incredible easy to talk to, discussed everything about the chimney (I have 3). Ryan Madigan and his brother, were very thorough about there testing and explanations of everything they saw (and did not mind me being nosy a watching everything including the camera). Sent lots of pictures of the outside of my chimneys from their drone, and even had a great follow up call by the owner. What a great company to work with, very inexpensive (money well spent) and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Al
