I had a great experience with Victor from Easy Home Repair! Our GE dryer was making a loud noise that hurt my ears every time I used it, and Victor easily identified the problem right away. After I sent my inquiry, he called me almost immediately and scheduled a visit promptly. He’s very honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I could understand what was going on. Victor is also professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. He came prepared with the right tools, worked neatly, and made sure the dryer was running perfectly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. I’ve worked with Victor twice now, and both times have been great experiences! Most recently, my fridge was freezing all the food, and Victor responded quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and got the required part within two days to complete the repair. Everything’s working perfectly again! This was actually the second time I’ve used his services — the first was when he fixed my dryer, and that repair has been solid ever since. Victor is a miracle worker! A couple of my kitchen appliances were victims to a power surge. The DW was an easy fix, but the microwave/oven combo was more complex. I wanted to fix it as opposed to buying new to keep my kitchen's original aesthetic. It took a couple of diagnostic sessions and several replacement parts to bring it back to life. I am convinced that others might not have been able to accomplish the repair. Victor and his staff (Alex, Will) have a professional demeanor. They wear neat uniforms and booties when they enter your house and leave the work area spotless. One of his techs replaced the control board on my DW for considerably less than a previous repair company did last year due to a surge.

They came and fixed our dryer when it was making odd noises. They replaced the broken part quickly and efficiently. There was some trouble with scheduling when they had to come back out to look at something else. But they were very polite and explained the reason for the rescheduling. They even sent someone out on thanksgiving morning to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of as soon as possible. I was very impressed with their commitment and service.

These guys were really great to work with! I was looking through Thumbtack and they responded Sunday night within 2-3 mins! They came within a couple of days. Had to order a circuit board for our washing machine, but once the part came in Andrew came by and installed it within 15 mins! Thank you Easy Home Repair!

The tech did an excellent job and my freezer gasket has now been replaced. The company is thorough in communication and arrival times but their labor fees are high. I paid $200.00 for a 25 minute job. I understand if a service is lengthy in duration or labor intensive but that was not the case. Therefore, unless their labor fees are reduced I wouldn’t use this company again.

Victor came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, offered me options that included cost savings. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and get my fridge back in tip top shape. I felt safe with them in my home. Will use them again.
