Excellent experience at Appliance Parts Company. I needed a replacement fan motor for my GE refrigerator without a whole lot to go on but a few pictures. The person who helped me was Jeremy who had no problem helping me identify the correct replacement. He was friendly, patient, and definitely provided outstanding service. He also offered some helpful tips for installation. Great business with knowledgeable and friendly counter staff — highly recommended!
These guys were amazing and so incredibly helpful!!! I know nothing about appliances so I brought in the parts from my refrigerator and tested the motor to make sure that it was broken. From there they had the motor I needed as well as ordered the piece I needed for the airflow. It was in a few days later. I will recommend the people of Appliance Parts Company to everyone who asks!!! Thank you so much!!!

Placed an order a month ago Since then its fallen in a dark hole. Their chat function does not work I emailed several times asking for an up and i got one back from Carlos saying it will come in that week. THat was 2 weeks ago After that they do not answer emails. Horrible communication I have no idea what to do?
Everyone there is always very helpful and efficient. Jeremy in particular is extremely patient, thorough and awesome at customer service. He helped me with 4 different parts for 4 different work orders in under 20 minutes. Cant thank the apco team enough for their help everyday. Cheers fellas
