Affordable Used Appliances

I’m really bummed to leave this review because I’ve purchased from Affordable Used Appliances many times and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, this location seems to have some issues with delivery and customer service. They require someone to meet them at the property—even if it's vacant—but only give notice the day before with no time window. Then, the day of, they just call when they’re already on the way, so you’re basically on call all day. We ordered a fridge, and when they finally said they were heading over, I paid my cleaner to meet them. She waited an hour, and they never showed. They later said it was a system issue, but I still had to pay her $45. The second attempt, I went myself and waited another hour with no delivery, which made me miss my only lunch break. On the third attempt they finally came, but took no responsibility and wouldn’t offer any kind of discount for the trouble. I won’t be buying from this location again, especially when other stores in the chain run much smoother.

Great prices, plenty of major appliances available to look at. We were looking at getting a refrigerator and a over the range microwave. There were many discounted refrigerators for us to choose from. The salesperson was very nice and very knowledgeable. They knew all of the specs and were able to give us valuable tips on picking one. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to purchase major appliances.

Jeremy helped me out with an amazing Dryer at an excellent price. They have a wide array of selections and expert knowledge, definitely check them out for some appliances that won't break the bank!!

Ben was super helpful. I picked up a 3-year old Maytag extra capacity dryer, with a one year warranty) same as a new one) + hookups and installation, for more than half the price of a new model. Delivers on Saturday too.

Got a dryer from here works great, actually better than my old one that I bought brand new! Great price as well.

Eric from Affordable Used Appliances was super helpful and was able to quickly and efficiently get me a used machine. He had several customers in store and was able to help us all by himself. Decent selection and decent prices! Open Sunday til 4:00pm and friendly. He did ding the washer on a yellow pole. Just needs to be a little careful when loading. All in all a good value.

UPDATE: 1/16 The staff and crew was able to take care of my situation with my delivery. The staff at the store and also the District Manager were very apologetic and sorry about what happened to my delivery. I got email, text and phone call to make sure it was taken care of. I really appreciate the fast response of my review and made it right..Thanks!!
