Ace Appliance has been the first call we make when any appliance needs to be repaired. The Repair Service Tech is professional, prompt, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the issue so we can make informed decisions. Today we had Ross to look at a broken microwave - I was so impressed with his approach to the repair - explaining what he was doing and why he was looking at the indicators, then giving us options along with costs. He exemplifies great customer service! I particularly appreciated his honest appraisals. He reminded us of Ace Appliances service side but there was no pressure. I asked to be contacted and I was! Often companies say they will call you back and never do! I worked with Blake, who had already received a photo of our broken microwave from Ross, and who had various models already identified that could be replacements. Blake presented options that didn’t kill the bank - he offered me solid options respecting my time and my needs. This is first class salesmanship. This is the second time in a month that I contacted Ace Appliance for a repair and it is the quality of the service and the integrity of their Tech and Sales personnel that makes Ace Appliance the first and only choice. Make them your first and only call!!

I called Ace Appliance for repair of my clothes dryer. I called on a Thursday and had an appointment on Friday morning. Brian V was the technician I dealt with. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. I joked with him and said " I really hope this is going to be a quick fix." Once he figured out what was needed, I don't think it took 10 minutes to repair. He told me, "Well, you said you wanted a quick repair!!" I would recommend Ace Appliance to anyone needing service on an appliance or needing a new appliance. Being family owned for over 39 years says a lot about the integrity of the business. I feel it is so important to support local businesses and I will continue to support Ace Appliance.

Wonderful service! Kraig was our tech. He was incredibly knowledgeable with 15 years of experience. He even called to see if we wanted him to come a day earlier than our scheduled time! Professional, courteous and very personable. He assessed and changed out our old ice maker effortlessly. We highly recommend Kraig for any of your appliance needs!

Today I called for warranty service on my Whirlpool dishwasher. Megan answered the phone, she was awesome. She dispatched Jacob to come out. He showed up on time, very professional, polite and patient. During the visit, Jacob spoke very well of his employer. In my opinion this is very important to me because it creates a great trust between me and the technician and me and the company. Jacob found what he believes is the problem with my dishwasher so he ordered the part. He told me that I should receive a phone call in the next few days when the part comes in and that Jacob would come back out and install part. Thank you again to Jacob, Megan and Ace Appliance. You guys did a great job today and we are grateful for that.

Kraig was great he was able to fix our oven same day , ( must have been his lucky penny) just in time for us to has a Thanksgiving. He explained everything while fixing it .Was friendly, fast & funny. Price was excellent.

Jimmy was wonderful at quickly diagnosing and repairing our dryer which wasn’t getting any heat. It was not the heating element, as I had assumed. I can’t speak to the cost, as we had previously purchased the appliance protection plan, which I highly recommend! We’ve definitely got our money’s worth from it, between our washer, dryer, and dishwasher. And Ace has been quick to respond every time we call.

Needed to get my Maytag washer repaired. Craig came out and couldn’t have been nicer. Order the part and put it in two business days later. He was very nice and quick. I would highly recommend them. Price was higher than I would’ve liked, but everything is high priced nowadays.
