Had Thomas come out and take a look at my front load washer for my wife since I’m currently deployed. Comes off nice and respectable at first. The paper quote he left for us didn’t have a part listed on it because he had it in stock, and didn’t include the labor cost on the form. When I called and questioned him about the cost of the parts, which were severely uncharged, he laughed and said that’s what it’s going to cost. He also stated, "I’m already giving you a 10% discount". Very unprofessional in the way he conducted the conversation. Adding unneeded stressors to an already stressful situation.

I called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday, gave them the model # of my Samsung washing machine and all was good. Wednesday, he called about 10 minutes before he was supposed to be there and stated he didn't work on that model, it's a Samsung, not some Russian knock off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE

For the second time in two years I have had Thomas out to fix my fridge. He is smart, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

A1 Appliance came out within 24 hours to look at my fridge that went out, they had even looked up the model number ahead of arriving for the service call and brought with parts for what they thought might be the problem from the information I gave them so they were able to repair my fridge in that same visit. I would definitely call them for any future repair needs on my appliances.

We just had a great experience when A-1 repaired our oven. I called when the oven stopped working on a Friday, and a technician was out by Monday to take care of it. Ethan was very knowledgeable and professional, quickly identified what was needed, and then discussed the prices of various options so I could make an informed decision on the repair. Repair was quick and easy. I will definitely keep A-1 in mind for future appliance needs.

When I called for an appointment they responded very fast coming out the very next business day. While scheduling my appointment the person ask me some specific question about my problem and asked for Make and model number of my washing machine. I gave her the info she requested. The Service person arrived right on time. The Tech name was Brian. He was polite and went right to work. He had the part that was needed with him and the entire repair took only 15 or 20 minutes. Got a Military Discount I am very happy and will use this company again!!
