Appliance Factory

These people sell lemons and then try to charge you more money to deliver another unit after being out to fix it for the same problem. No integrity. I bought a washer dryer and refrigerator and all three have broken down and needed fixing. I realize these are used appliances, but i expected it to last longer than three months. Here I am again with no way to cool my kids food and once again tossing out an entire fridge of food. Like anyone else I have a strict budget for groceries. We're going to eating Ramon noodles for the rest of the month. I wouldn't been so upset, but the fact that he tried to make me pay more money after losing almost $300 in groceries, I have spent the same amount to replace food that I paid for the fridge. The audacity to ask the customer to pay for anything after this type of loss, is insulting. The owner claimed he's going to correct the issues, but we shall see. If not, small claims court it is.

We have had great service with them we have gotten a refrigerator washer and dryer and out dryer went out and they replaced it immediately they do honor there 60 day warranty so we have a great experience

The best service as well as service/repair calls there beyond great and fast. I mean come on who drives all the way to okmulgee to do a service call and is in and out within 10mins and back to tulsa quickly yes appliances factory they are who id call or refer anytimes and there employees are so good but i must say Jeremiah is the best employee they have he is respectful and trustworthy will always call them for all my appliances needs 100% thank you

We showed up more than an hour before the posted closing time and rang the doorbell with no answer. The phone numbers listed on the sign were hard to read so I went to the website to get the phone number and call. We were told that the person was on a delivery and would be back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no one had shown up so we left. The place looks pretty sketch as well. I'm bummed because other reviews seemed good but I guess we'll have to try our luck elsewhere.

I'm sad that I have to write this and give a negative review. I have worked with Mark off an on over the course of 2.5 years; I've purchased a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and several refrigerators, on top of referring friends who have also made purchases. There is always something wrong with these machines. The W/D and dishwasher I've tolerated because they do the job well enough, but the refrigerators have been disaster after disaster. The most recent (third) refrigerator had massive problems; it wasn't defrosting correctly and water was getting all over the floor and my food was going bad. I called Mark at least five times and left a message telling him what was wrong and asking him to help. He got my voicemail (he confirmed this today) but never called me back. My food was going bad, I needed it fixed, so I called J&J Appliances and they replaced the $700 part (on a $500 fridge) since Mark wouldn't get back to me. Now the issue is recurring again, so I tried Mark once more to see if he'd answer. He told me he'd give me a "sweet deal" on another used refrigerator, but since I called J&J, he's not willing to do anything else for me because I should've kept calling him back. Not sure how it's my responsibility to stay on top of calling someone when it's Mark's business and Mark's products; keep up with your customers, return their calls, and you will keep their business, their referrals, and their money. I've spent a couple thousand dollars in appliances at Mark's AND referred friends and this is the thanks and treatment I get? Really unfortunate.

Great place to come when you’re looking for affordable appliances. I was impressed by the wide selection of appliances that were in my price range. The owner Mark was very professional, helpful, and patient with me finding my fridge. Delivery was a breeze and Stephen was efficient with the fridge setup. The service was so great I came back and had my dryer repaired and they were able to fix it right up. I’m really glad I chose Appliance Factory and it will be my go to place for any appliance needs I have!!!

Mark is the best! We really appreciate him and his team. We had negative experience after negative experience trying to buy a "reliable" used fridge from people off FB marketplace, and it was a disaster. When we finally found appliance factory, it was such a relief. The appliances we bought were reliable, worked great, and they honored their warranty and took good care of us the one time something did need it.
