We had to get a new washer and got a good deal through them. They were super easy to work with and super friendly! We bought one washer and brought it home and found it had a defect. They were super awesome about letting us bring it back and allowed us to pick a different one and the same price range. Washer works great and have had no problems with the one we wound up purchasing!

When I walked in the custom service was amazing. They greeted me and my husband with the most respect when walking in. Very helpful in finding what we needed. And the price was amazing. Yes I will recommend anyone if you're looking for some good and affordable appliances. Thank you for the help.

Caleb was helpful and chill. We bought our washer and dryer here at a really good price! Update: you will pay for delivery and installation but the hoses and things you need are not included, and they don't say that when you buy your things, so "installation" is getting things inside and if you buy the hoses and vents, then they can come back and install it for you. They showed me a paper I never saw until after the delivery guys left, and thought it would be helpful to others. The delivery company they hire is amazing though.

Upon having my appliances delivered things have gone south. My dryer was hooked up fine. My dishwasher took two separate trips to hook up and was not completed. It has been hooked up, but not mounted to the cabinet. The person installing told me he had never installed a dishwasher before and it shows. I spoke to management (they had someone in OKC call me) who said they would credit some of the install, but never called back to confirm if they did. The dishwasher also didn’t come with the bracket to mount it, and I was not told that in the store. Very much a cluster. Prob won’t be back now.

In store: Friendly service! Had exactly what I was looking for! My delivery was terrible. The guy just dumped my refrigerator off in my front yard. I told him to give me jist a couple of minutes so I could take my things out of my old refrigerator. It took me 3 minutes TOPS. I walked outside to find him getting in his truck. He told me because I had stairs he wasn’t taking the old one with him and call the store and get my money back. Mind you had I not walked outside at that exact moment he would have just left without saying a word. I had paid for PORCH delivery, and he left it in my front yard and refused to take my old one. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you can pickup your own appliances.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliances 4 Less and had a great experience. The price was much lower than other stores, and the fridge works perfectly. It had a small scratch, but nothing noticeable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased an LG refrigerator from you on Thursday. When I bought it, I asked the salesman what time it would be delivered on Saturday. He said around 2:00, which is great because I work until then. I received a call from your delivery driver that he was close to my house at 12:30. He almost had me completely reschedule for next week, but then found a way to work with me. I also asked the salesman during purchase if I needed to pay the install fee. He said no, since it was only 3 steps into my house. The driver, though, refused to bring it in my house because I hadn't paid that fee and because he didn't have time. It is now sitting on my back patio. The driver also did not haul away the old refrigerator like I paid for. He said he would return today to take care of everything. I have now been in communication with him — he is in Arkansas and wants to come do it tomorrow. Do not purchase from this company.
