The technician was professional and on time. I appreciated the phone call before he arrived. When he performed the diagnostic he showed me pictures of what was wrong and the condition of my system and gave me options on repairs. After the repair on my AC system he showed me before and after which I great appreciate. Overall great experience

Daniel was superb. On time, very thorough, very nice and professional. Highly recommend. Forgot to update this. Although this guy was professional, he was sent to do a system rejuvenation and I found out he did nothing. None of our filters were replaced like we were told they would be. But he did tell me we needed work done then he sent his boss out for an estimate. Supervisor came out and basically said we needed a whole new system (think it was $40k-ish), took our filters and didn’t replace them, then went around and pointed out all of our issues. Not sure if it was the original guy or supervisor but someone turned off the gas so we had no heat. Had someone else come out and we didn’t have any issues. Our ac AND heater are still working just fine. ‍♀️

Had them install my unit in June 2018, and in July my electric bill ran $150.00, the average temp was100+°, but my house 1100 sq ft was a sunny 76° 24/7.❤ Before I had been using window ac's that ran me $200.00+ a month for just 2 rooms ! Now I have a 2 stage, blow down heating and AC Lennox unit that replaced my swamp cooler and old gas furnace. It's a 3 ton 16 seer (higher the seer, the quicker it gets cold, and the 2 stage is an energy saver) I've had them service it twice (cleaning / normal maintenance). They are always quick and professional. Give them a call. (I got mine through Lowe's and used the card) I had 4 estimates and they were the cheapest..(sears, a local ac company, 1-800remodel and home depot) And it's a smart unit, I can check, change turn off or on the unit through my cell from anywhere !

After routine diagnosing in April, tech recommended / informed of fan drawing more amperage than normal. I said replace asap to avoid downtime in mid summer. After two text messages to them, no response. Phoned in to get the ball rolling, was told part was in house waiting for pickup by tech, we will call you to set up appointment in a day or two. Week later, no call. Called again, got AI voice, left detailed message. No response. Waited another week, called again, got a person, told me the same story he told me 3 weeks prior, part is in house, tech will pick up and set up appointment. Week later, no response. Messaged previous owner of Comfort now, not knowing he sold the business, he emailed Comfort Now on my behalf. Week later, no response. Customer service is real bad. Used to be fantastic. Will be using another company sadly, I really liked Comfort Now, but their lack of responding to multiple calls over two months is unacceptable

I was very happy and satisfied as a customer with the work provided by Andres Padilla and his coworker Edwin. I had my heater installed two years ago and ever since then it hasn’t been working correctly. I’ve had the original installers come, but the problem continued until I called Comfort now. Air, plumbing and heating. They were able to schedule me an appointment very quickly, even though it was a holidays. They got out here on their appointment time and called me prior to let me know of any delays. They did a fantastic job answered all my questions, & explaining the problem in detail. They are very friendly and professional and I am very happy with the service and will recommend this company

The technician was polite, professional and thorough. He took photos of issues on the ac unit explaining it all. Very kind. UPDATE: Day 1: Daniel responded to our non working ac and blown breaker Day 2: John came out and gave us our options Janet in the office set up all the appts and communicated with us wonderfully. Daniel has finished all the repairs, cleaning and installed a new breaker. The unit is up and running at a great price. We never felt pressured to buy a new unit even though ours is aged considerably. The humanity this team exhibited was exceptional which exceeds just repair. They are genuinely kind. I have listed their names because they each deserve credit for how they did their job providing us a service. If you read reviews, I hope you are reading this one. Andres Padilla from Comfort Now Air serviced my thermostat/heater today. He was fantastic! My thermostat was not working correctly and I could not figure out the problem. I had followed the directions in the thermostat guide booklet exactly but with no response. Andres came and out and did a quick check on my thermostat and decided it was not the thermostat. He then proceeded to check my heating unit and found that a connecting wire was corroded and not allowing the thermostat to turn on!! Within a short time he replaced the wiring and the thermostat is now working!!!! He was professional, friendly, and hardworking!! I would recommend him wholeheartedly.
