My experience from start to finish was amazing. When I called I spoke to a kind, knowledgeable lady, she went above and beyond and even tried to help me trouble shoot the dishwasher by changing settings. Once that didn't work she schedule to have someone come out. The guy that came to repair our dishwasher was timely, professional and courteous. We had DGI Appliance come look at our washing machine, which had leaked water flooding the laundry room, hallway and part of a bedroom.
