Great experience all around. The staff was super knowledgeable on my Sebo E3 series and helped me pick exactly what I needed. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and much more personalized help than what to expect from big box stores. Shipping was fast which is yet another bonus. I drove up from Marshfield to have my Oreck vacuum cleaner repaired. Upon arrival, Scott took it to the back, checked it all out, cleaned it up and took care of a blockage. It took about 10 minutes and when I asked him what I owed him, he said they clean out blockages for free! I thought it was going to need a major repair. What a lovely surprise! I came here to have my Dyson repaired. I was greeted right away and the owner took a look and within minutes could tell it was a clog in the hose and was able to remove it on the spot. He then checked my filters and gave me some maintenance recommendations. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Will definitely be back and will be purchasing my next vacuum from them. 10/10 customer service!

They explained my problem and removed a clog from my vacuum hose at no charge - an operation I could never have done at home. My customer service and product experience over several visits has been outstanding. They have fixed my 25 year old vacuum a couple times over the last few years (different problems) at a very reasonable price and with diligence to get replacement parts. When I came in to buy a new electric broom, they first showed me the most reasonable solution and when I said I wanted something bigger, then we went to larger models. They offered to assemble the new product and give me a lesson before I left the store- saved me lots of time once I got home. And when I came in and had a question about emptying, again they were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. If you want to buy long-lasting, quality, and yet reasonably priced, vacuum and related products from very knowledgeable people who deliver customer service the likes of which I have not seen in decades, I encourage you to try Mr. Sweeper!

I walked in off the street with my broken vacuum and was greeted with friendly smiles and hellos. After explaining the issue briefly to Scott, he said he’d take a look. He took the vacuum into the back work shop and was back out to me in less than 10 minutes with a fully functioning machine! Amazing. The icing on the cake was that he did not charge me- not one cent.
