EJ's Appliance Repair

My refrigerator stopped working in May 2025. I contacted EJ’s and someone came out to look it. I was told that the circuit board had to be replaced so the fridge would come back on before they could determine if additional items were broken. I was told this may take several weeks to get the part in due to it coming internationally. I went ahead and ordered the part and paid $573.25. During the time waiting on the part approximately four weeks I decided I could not wait any longer and canceled the part order and bought a new refrigerator. I was told I would be receiving a refund in the next few weeks. I have yet to receive my refund. I have repeated contacted their office. At first I told the person to issue a refund would be contacting me back. This never happened. I then escalated my calls to speak with the office manager. I was ask to provide my original invoice in October and a refund would be issued. I provided the invoice and still nothing. I have been told excuses ranging from a software change to waiting on company checks. It is now December 2nd and I still have not received my money for a part and service I was never provided. I expected better from this company.

The service was good. The only thing was I placed an online service and paid for the service call and I had to contact the office 7 days later to see if or when someone was going to be able to service my fridge. EJ was great to come buy and give us a wonderful service. Thanks. Busy time of the year. I will call again when needed and will give positive referrals.

Just had a great experience with EJ’s! Needed their help for a broken dryer. They arrived inside the assigned window of time and got the machine working in no time. Balance is restored in our household! He also helped me solve a breaker panel mystery because the dryer was mislabeled as A/C. That was a huge help, too! Fairly priced and very efficient. Great experience!

We had a great experience with Ej's repair. The communication was very good on setting up the appointment for repair work on our dryer. Terry was very knowledgeable on figuring out the issue with our dryer and getting it fixed promptly. We will definitely use Ej's repair for any appliance needs.

Terry with EJ's Appliance Repair is very knowledgeable and will not try to upsale you on anything. Honest, down to earth guy, that knows appliances. We recently had a dryer fixed and more recently had our refrigerator looked at. Would definitely recommend this company as well as Terry as your technician.

If i could give a zero star or take a few from their fake reviews i would do that and raise awareness that don't be fooled by the reviews. He charged $180 labor fee and $190 service fee for not repairing anything and couldn't even find what the issue was. They told me that the dishwasher base is not manufactured anymore. And told me to just change my $1000 worth diswasher. Got another company and he diagnosed the problem and has fixed everything of the same diswasher i was told to change and that too in a very resonable price.

I have been doing business now with EJ‘s appliance repair for several years. Knowing him both professionally and personally I can Honestly, say he is one of the best. We recently purchased a new freezer and will continue using EJ’s appliance service as needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.
