Rain City HVAC Refrigeration & Appliance Repair

Vlad was wonderful. He brought our microwave back to life. Saved us a costly replacement. He was professional and clean. Service was the day after our call. Price was as expected. I would highly recommend their service.

They came out the same day I called and did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my dryer. They didn’t have the part but ordered it and came back the next day to install it. I will call again next time I have an appliance that needs to be fixed!

The technician Stan was great! He was quick to solve and resolve the issue. I highly recommend and will contact Rain City for appliance issues in the future.

I called our regular service people and they could not show up for almost 10 days. I called RainCity. They were there same day, diagnosed the problem and were back the next day with parts. They fixed it! They were reasonable, cleaned up after themselves, were respectful, and knowledgeable. I'm super impressed! I thought I'd have to purchase a new washing machine. Luckily not. I highly recommend Stan!

I have a 24 year old built in Kitchenaid refridg/freezer that stoped working. They quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. The next day the installed. It was a big job, they were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Answered all my questions throughout the process. Most importantly they saved me from having to buy a new expensive refridge. I have a one year warranty on all parts and labor. Works like new again.

The service is very good, very friendly, and fixed my furnace in bothell

"Highly recommend! The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, providing top-notch refrigerator repair service. Extremely satisfied with the work – would definitely hire again!"
