Bruce came out to provide a quote, which was more than fair. The crew—Drew, Sean, Connor, and Javaughn—were professional, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. I never once felt like I was getting the runaround. I’ll be using Gustafson for all my future plumbing needs.

We had a leaking toilet while our family house was for sale and he immediately took care of the issue- despite being very busy.He also repaired a leak in the attic from a heating hy vent along with other items on our plumbing checklist for the sale. The water line had to be replaced on a 120 year old house that belonged to my uncle who recently passed. I serve as trustee for the estate. I contacted Gustafson for a quote. The owner, Bruce Gustafson visited the house and personally assessed and quoted the work to be done. Based on his detailed quote, I paid the required deposit and budgeted accordingly. The work was performed on time. There was no further communication until I received their bill - SHOCKED that the balance was increased by $2,350 (61% over detailed quote). I called the office to discuss. Shortly, thereafter, I received a return call from a gentleman who came across - immediately- as defensive and argumentative. I had called in a timely and respectful manner to discuss. I never anticipated such disrespectful backlash. Shortly into the conversation, I heard a different male voice on the line with no introduction - until I asked. At least two men tag-teamed the call, at times being needlessly condescending to me. Acknowledging their point that the job reportedly took longer than they'd anticipated, I offered to pay more than the originally quoted price. But I also explained that, in the absence of prior notice, I could not pay an increase of 61% over their detailed quote. I was told multiple times that the increased price was - to them "small potatoes". But, in this situation, an upcharge of $2,350, WITH NO ADVANCED NOTICE, is not "small potatoes". Buyer beware.

Gustafson plumbers visited my house for a septic back up - these guys went above and beyond in customer service, personality, and overall experience. We investigated every possible cause within their scope of practice and they even called out supervisors to ensure we exhausted every option. I cannot thank them all for their professionalism and expertise. All of this on a same day call out at a VERY reasonable price. I will be sure to call them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

Unable to provide a quote when they promise too, multiple times. And they spray paint the road for dig safe yet I haven't even agreed to hire them yet and other companies would do the job differently which means I have spray paint in front of my house for no reason...
