Appliance Doctor

My Speed Queen dryer was not drying and I called Appliance Doctor on Monday- the lovely lady on the phone (Rochelle?) was able to get me an appointment for the next day. I told her Wednesday was better for me and she gave me a 10-2 window for the repairman to come. Fortunately the repairman (Mike) called me before coming and I told him NOT to come as we had a sudden and massive power outage in my area and it didn’t seem as if it would be resolved quickly. Mike was so kind and asked if I would call him when the electricity came back. When the power came back, I did call him and he was able to come and do the repair. I wasn’t even hopeful he’d be able to fix it because usually the repairman need to order parts and come back another day for the repair. My lucky day as he had the part needed and fixed it in no time. Mike was fast, clean and very knowledgeable- I hope I never have a washer/dryer problem again, but if I do- I’m calling Appliance Doctor and requesting Mike!

I am extremely pleased with the service from appliance doctor. My technician Mike was great. He came and diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He ordered the part and installed as quick as possible. The communication was great. He was clean and efficient and super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A+++

Mike from the appliance doctor was the best washer fixer you could hope for. He was prompt and very efficient. He also has a great sense of humor, adding a bit of fun to the experience. He identified the issue immediately and knew what was needed and how to fix it. I’d call him a pro all around.

I think he said his name was Mike He came to the house on time and asked all about what the problem was with the washing machine and the base it sat on and was very thorough. He explained the that he would order the part he needed for the washer and that he would be in touch when the part came in. He had the base already stable and supporting The Washer. He was friendly and worked quickly and quietly. Looking forward to his return. thanks Mike. PS. He very nicely introduced himself to our 10 year old Pitty Mix, he made Susie’s day.

Daryl Shuler did an excellent job fixing my washing machine! It runs like brand new again. He was professional, quick, and really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend his service!

My refrigerator was not cooling at all. I called Appliance Doctor and Joshua came on that same day. Very nice man. After checking the refrigerator he knew what had happened. He explained everything in detail. Did not take long. The parts that I needed was ordered and he came back in a couple of days. Installed the parts pretty quick! Very professional. Very nice and friendly guy! That's a plus! Answered questions I had about the fridge. I was very happy and satisfied with the job he did. So happy I called the Appliance Doctor. Would recommend them!
