GH Appliance Repair is an example of why i like working with small businesses. The scheduling was easy and the charges were fair. Justin was a cheerful guy who did just as well with my washer as he did with my cats. I hope to never need the call GH again, but if I do, I won't hesitate.

Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was friendly and professional! Justin was awesome! He was upbeat, friendly professional, and really took care to ensure his work was accurate. I appreciated his desire to do a good job, as that level of customer service and professionalism is not common. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and will use them again if need be .

Initially, we contacted a larger repair service but couldn't talk to a real person. Then we found G H Appliance Repair and, amazingly enough, only talked to real people. What a concept! We needed to have our glass stove top replaced (we burned something on it). Initially, they called back saying, "you can save a lot of money if you do..." We'd already tried all of their suggestions and were provided a quote, which we thought was very reasonable and scheduled the repair/replacement. The tech, Will, was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He completed the replacement in a short period of time, and we were pleased with his work. G H Appliance Repair will be our go-to for any future repairs.

I called Friday and made an appointment with GH Appliance. I was informed immediately of the name of the technician, time and date of the service. On the day of the service I received a phone call telling me that the Mr Bill M will be late. I was offered to reschedule if I wasn't comfortable with the time. Mr. Bill was very professional and informative. I receive excellent service. I highly recommend G H Appliance to anyone who needs repairs work on their appliances. Thanks for your service!
