Kenneth Hollenbeck is a true, and honest sales rep. Very knowledgeable. His loyalty is what convinced us to give Aptive a try. Today was our first day. Jake was very polite. Jake covered all the bases, he took the time to explain everything. He made sure all our questions were answered.

5 Stars for Jake! Jake reached out to me in a very timely manner to let me know I was his next stop. Something I always appreciate. He also sent a message when he arrived, which was incredibly helpful. When I greeted him out front, he asked how things were going and if I had any concerns. The inside of my home has been fine, so after I made sure my dogs were secure, Jake treated the outside of the house, my shop, and all around my property. He was kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. Thank you, Jake!

Excellent service! Seth is our guy and we are all happy to see him, even the dogs! I have had many pest control companies and Aptive is the best!! The employees are kind and helpful, and I love how they text me several times before they come and send a text with pictures and areas that were covered after the service. Aptive is great. Their scheduling tool is easy to use and the techs are fantastic. They listen for any issues and then address them. They arrive on time and work quickly. Also they will return if there are any pests that return. Great vendor.
