I had a Tesla home charger installed and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Jacob Nance was the technician that came out. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. He helped me to figure out the best location in my garage for the charger to be installed, which was so helpful. The installation was so smooth and clean! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and the level of customer service. I highly recommend ARC & Jacob to anyone needing electrical work—especially EV charger installs!

Michael Redwing and Alonso listened to my request, and thoroughly explained the process they would use to install the outlet boxes. They installed the outlets very neatly, with apparent expertise.
