Aresco of Tidewater

Aresco was wonderful. I haven’t gotten the final invoice yet but everything they’ve done is above and beyond expectations. They worked in conjunction with homeowners insurance. Provided clear contracts. Nate, Tyre, Kayleb, Samir, Blue were professional and on time. We had a flood from an air conditioner and it damaged my floors and walls. Mediation was prompt and thorough. They kept in touch with me all the way through this lengthy process of mediation, cleaning, tearing up floors, drying the house out, packing out my entire downstairs, installing the new floors, repairing and painting walls, including ceilings, moving my belongings back in. All this time I was either confined to a wheelchair or using a walker after a fall and fractures so they had to do everything. They left my house looking better than when they started for sure! Very caring, polite and contentious people. Highly recommend!!!

Aresco of tidewater are very professional!!! After my bathroom and first floor flooded out they came right away to dry everything out and do the demolition. They also worked with my insurance company and adjuster to make sure everything was covered and documented properly! They packed everything out of my house after, did all the repairs and moved me back in 🙂 They kept me up to speed and well informed the entire time. Don't hesitate to call them for anything!!

Tyree and Kaleb were great in packing up my house and moving my stuff back in after a water leak. It’s because of them I give Aresco five stars! They did an excellent job that’s exceeded my expectations

Tyre and Nate did an amazing job. My kitchen floaded out and they responded immediatly, dried all the water out, and made sure insurance covered everything damaged including my cabinets !!! I even got a whole new kitchen 🙂 id recommened this company anyday!!!

I had to call my insurance company back at the end of November because of a pipe leak. The whole house was flooded. She recommended Aresco Of tidewater. They were prompt and did a wonderful job. All my flooring had to be removed and molding and baseboards. it was unreal. They restore new flooring in my house with the molding and baseboards. Took care of any problems I found they were efficient, professional, and pleasant. Understood my concerns explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much. I appreciate everything you did.

Called my insurance company due to damaged drywall from a leak. An estimator (president of the company) came out and completed an estimate. A week later, another employee reached out to do another estimate since the first guy wasn't familiar with a certain aspect. He then informed me that he's gonna include painting the whole house for whatever reason (90% of the downstairs was painted less than two years ago). After the second estimate came out and was approved by my insurance company, they contacted me and informed me that Ill be needing an additional coat of paint and tried to upcharge me outside of the estimate. By this point, they've tried to squeeze money out of the insurance company and now myself. The president also tried to tell me that if I didn't go through with their service, the insurance company would recoup any payments sent to me. This turned out to be false. Feeling a little weary of the whole situation, I declined to proceed with their service. The employee then informed me that they're charging me an estimate fee and a service call charge. At no time during any of the two visits or three phone calls, did anyone mention anything about these charges, nor was it written in any of the two estimates. Now I'm stuck paying over $500 for an estimate and a service call. The latter because they had to come out a second time due to an error with the first estimator. Unimpressed, and I recommend you stay clear of this company.
