Arrow Exterminators

NOT TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!!!!!! My wife and i own a rental home we have serviced regularly. We are never there since it is not our primary living area so we have just let arrow treat the outside of the property as apart of there Pest Control service. The most recent service we had done i decided to watch the Arrow Employee and see how they treat and he DID NOT EVEN GET OUT OF HIS TRUCK. The employee was a shorter middle aged man who just parked in our driveway and knew that we were not home so he just didn’t spray and charged us anyways. I even Called the Service Professional and asked them if they treated and they lied to me and said they did even though i had cameras all around the property. I Spoke with the manager Robert and he was not even close to being helpful and even went as far to call me a liar. They refused to refund me for the service. I paid 100 Dollars for someone to sit in my driveway for 15 minutes and leave. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ll likely be going to a competitors company. I’ve never been so upset with a company in my life. If you have service with this company VERIFY there work!!!

We had a sudden invasion of carpenter ants. Arrow was so quick to send an inspector out, who was so knowledgeable about our issue and explained everything to me. The technicians have been wonderful in taking care of our concerns and moved quickily in protecting our home. Their staff has been top notch from beginning to end. We are glad we chose Arrow for a pest control needs.

Brian is great! He takes time to explain things and he is Johnny on the spot if you see a problem. Been with them for years and he's a great reason why!

We were in the market for an affordable- no contract exterminator. After calling several companies, we found Arrow Exterminators!! Maddie was very professional & explained everything in detail & answered all my questions. When we met Kevin, our service technician, he was knowledgeable about pest control & very conscious of our needs & concerns. Very happy! Highly recommend!!

We have been using this place for almost a year and one thing that you can count on with there's company, you only have 1 person coming to your house. Not multiple people. Oh I have never Had a complaint with this company. They have always backed ther word up. We even got the mosquitoes. And had them come out to treat them. This is one of the honest i have been with we have used lookout for over 4 years. They did nothing for us. These people actually cares and comes in and gets rid of the problem. I have had zero issues since have the service. Chris has always been friendly and professional. He is also flexible with my schedule which is awesome as well. I love not having ants,wasps,spiders, etc. Makes my home look and feel better inside and out. Highly recommended! Price is worth the service and is absolutely affordable.

Our technician, Tim, is always punctual, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. What I really appreciate is how responsive he is—even if it’s outside of our regular service time, he’s always willing to help out.
