Arrow Services, Inc. (Pest Control)

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They came out to get rid of voles/mice at our home. When the "time limit" was up, they took all their equipment. We told them that the voles/mice were still here/the job was not done and we were told to call the office. Brad Harvey finally scheduled a time to come out again. They never showed. They have since not responded to my husband’s calls and are actively avoiding us. We just want the job done that we paid hundreds of dollars for. This company seems to believe they can take their customers’ money and not provide services. I don’t know about you but that sounds a lot like stealing.

I called this service to get some to come out for checking my house for a squirrel. I was told to use a service they recommend from Indiana wile life. The man showed up after I call no quote or nothin., said there your hole and pointed to the roof eve. Then walked around the house being authoritative scary acting , He says I will collect that service call. I was quoted 100.00 by several. This man wanted 390.00 just to sit a trap. He never cam back, until I told him to pick up his trap a week later no squirrel. Do not use this person (Mark ) Wildlife Rescue and Control . Its a rip off. 359.00 for nothing and no service done.

We had just purchased a home and initially had an Ant problem. We called them, and paid for the yearly service which has them come out and spray down the house etc. The serviceman Anthony had mentioned that this is one of the worst ant infestation he had seen, but it progressively got better. They had to come out one or two more times, and did so within 3-4 days of us calling. Soon after we had an issue with carpenter bees. After calling them, they came out and re-sprayed the entire house and targeted our deck to prevent the bees from digging more. Fantastic service, and quick response time. We're considering extending the yearly service once this year is over. We would highly recommend this company. Anthony had been the one we've had out to the house all 3 times, and he is a fantastic representation of the company.

Every contact we have had with ArrowPestControl in the past two years has been first rate from office contact to technicians. Our most recent experience was a bit unusual, so the Arrow inspector consulted with the company expert who accompanied him back the next day. Turns out the problem was not pest related, but the service call was covered with our annual fee. We chose well!

They give me a hard time every single month when they come out over simply calling and letting me know they are coming. Almost always late and most everybody they treated said it was as if the guy didn’t care. First guy brad I ever dealt with is a great guy but the company not so much..

I call them 3 times a cause they don’t show up don’t show up 2 straight months, when i call them they said they will put me in the schedule for the next moth i said NO THANKS I SUPPOSE TO BE IN SCHEDULE they certainly been taking the money out of my account on time …

Other then a few confused appointments, they did a good job and made good on all follow ups. I have there number if I need their services again.
