I called yesterday, 9/20/18 requesting an electrician since my fuse was blowing one right after another. Electricity scares me so I was quite distraught and had painters at my home that couldn’t do anything without lights. I explained to the lady that answered the phone my situation and she took my name and number stating she would call me right back. To my surprise she called me back within minutes informing me she would have someone at my home in 20-30 minutes. Bryan came to my home, very professional and listened to my issue. He explained the cost of diagnostics and the plan the company provided as well as its monthly cost. Bryan took his time checking everything in the room, the fuse box etc, found the issue and corrected it. I have dealt with several electrical companies that treat women as if they are ignorant and charge more just because they think older women will just pay it. I have to say Bryan explained everything to my husband and I in great detail. Naturally I enrolled in their plan without hesitation just because of the professionalism Bryan had. I will recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work and highly recommend Bryan. Thank you for sending someone that made me feel at ease as he took care of our issue. When he left I knew everything had been done correctly and that gave me a peace of mind.

$300 to install a generator inlet plug! **EDIT** The service manager came out to the house and we talked about my issues, and he was very understanding of my concerns. Even knocked off a little bit of my total bill and said that he would talk to the people above him about the possibility of a veterans discount in the future. Their team has gone above and beyond what I would have expected of a company, but their high rates still keep them from getting a much higher rating from me. Up from a 2 to 3 star. ****** I called Aspire to install a generator inlet plug. The service man that came out was very courteous and I feel was a good guy. Was kind of disapointed that the company van had a decal thanking veterans but did not offer a vet discount. I asked. I thought I had all of the needed parts for instilation, but the guy had to grab a wire from the van and needed to go get a different $15 circuit breaker from lowes (literally 2-miles from my house), which took almost 30 minutes, and of course the time he was gone was added to my total charge. It was odd that in that big van full of electrical suplies they didnt have a section for circuit breakers. The service man got here right at 8:30am as expected and was done by minutes after 10am, even after putting away his equipment and writting up the paperwork he was gone by 10:10 but I was still charged $260 for 2.5 hours of labor **They deducted 30 minutes from my bill after talking with the service manager. ** Am I happy with the service provided? Yes. The service man came in did his job and cleaned up after he was done. Would I call them again? No. They charge way to much for the service that was provided.

The issue I had is with their billing. At the first visit, they sent a licensed electrician and an unlicensed helper. I was told that I would be charged only for the licensed electrician and not the unlicensed helper. When the invoice came, it was calculated incorrectly and I asked for and got a corrected invoice, which I paid. The second time they came out the same two guys as before were sent. This time I was charged $95/hr for the licensed electrician and $65/hr for the unlicensed helper. When I questioned the charge, I was told that both did work. Well, both guys did work the first time too, so this reasoning is awfully shady and underhanded. I can’t speak to the quality of work as my lights still flicker, $1,000 later.

Excellent service. Setting up the appointment was easy. They explained the terms and conditions over the phone. The technician showed up on time and did great work. He consulted us with questions and suggestions. You could tell he there to do a good job and make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend them and would use them in the future without hesitation.

We contacted Aspire and set up an appointment for service that was convenient for us. Bryan and Alex arrived as scheduled and we fully explained the task to be done. What we requested was not easy but Bryan and Alex did a great job of finding solutions and completed the service in a timely manner. We are very satisifed with Aspire and their technicians.

Mack was our technician, he was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I have been hiring different electrical contractors for the better part of 40 years and I have never had such a wonderful experience. This is my Go To electrical company from now on! I used them for our Home and for our Business and we highly recommend them to everyone in need of any electrical work!

We have had Aspire doing upgrades to our new to us home. Thanks for making it so easy and stressless for us! With all the chaos of moving and buying and selling a home, once we moved in and needed upgrades and repairs done, it was just great finding a company and crew that we could really trust and feel confident enough to recommend!
