At Your Service has been a 5-Star experience from start to finish. Communication from Jeff and Brent, with all the details around the project and multiple check-ins to make sure the process was smooth and questions were answered. Job site management with Chuck and Ron was fantastic. They both ensured we knew what to expect the day before, during, and after the job was complete and were extra attentive to cleanliness of the site. I can’t say enough great things about this group and the trust and confidence they have from me. If anyone is looking for an honest and professional company to complete work in the Cincinnati Area, the At Your Service team is the BEST!

AYS is an amazing company from start to finish in the entire process. The way they conduct business shows they truly care about their customers. We reached out to AYS for our roof install because we wanted a local, genuine, and professional contractor and that’s exactly what we got. Shout out specifically to CJ, Emmitt, and Nolan. We had a lot of back and forth with our insurance company and this team did a great job of informing and guiding us through the insurance process. They were very responsive when we needed them to assist, all even before we signed the contract for the repair. And the team that did the repair was highly professional and quick. All around a great company and a great experience. I hope I never have to use them again, but if the universe has different plans, I will not hesitate to work with this crew again. Everyine from beginning to end was super helpful in keep us in the loop. We had to get a roof just before winter and there definitely was a timecrunch to get everything done on time. Jeff was a great salesperson and ensured his team kept me up to date. Frankie worked with our insurance and managed to get some of the roof cost covered. Brents team got the roof on quickly and it looks great. And Hannah was great with following up along the entire process to ensure our experience went as smoothly as possible. Can't say enough about this team and the quick and efficient way they handled things!

I just signed a contract with At your Service Roofing! Until recently, I had never even heard of them. I already received a bid from a highly recommended company, as well as the insurance adjuster's bid. I asked my insurance agent for his recommendation for another bid. He gave me the contact info for At Your Service Roofing and JEFF EHRHARD. I was totally impressed with Jeff's knowledge, patience, accuracy, and genuine desire to help me understand the entire process! He actually found several errors on the insurance adjuster's bid!!! Hopefully, the weather will hold and my new roof will be installed soon! Thanks again JEFF!

Russell Thomas from AYS Roofing was very professional and detail oriented in explaining the issues that were occurring with my roof during the roof inspection. He was able to lay out all of the available options during his inspection to help make an informed decision on what level and roof type would be required. Got a free roof inspection done by Russell Thomas. Very timely in answering your request and coming out to do the inspection. He did a great job at going over what I had concerns about and even gave plenty of tips for things to keep your roof in good working order and what to look out for. Highly recommend to anyone.

From the beginning to the end a great company. Fred helped us out greatly and is top notch, very personable, and honest. We just had the vinyl siding on our house replaced. Bobby the foreman on the job is a stand-up solid person. I believe that in any project of this size there are questions the homeowners forget to ask, and during the project Bobby was there to answer dozens of my questions and he took the time to explain to me what was being done and why. His crew was quick and efficient. Bobby took us on a final walk around and our house looks amazing, it looks completely different, so much nicer. We are very happy!!
