Robert and crew was amazing. They came at strong recommendation from USAA. They were timely responsive and respectful of my home. They did such a good job that the rebuild crew that was a different company took pictures and were talking about how their own team can’t even compare. Good work!

We had a trash can fire which ruined the side fire door to our garage and smoke damage to the stucco on the house. The technician, Rudy, did a great job. The stucco was repaired, sealed and repainted. The door was replaced and the installation was better than the original builder installed door. The smoke damage in the garage was sealed and repainted. All the work was first quality.

Robert and his team were very professional and had very good communication. They were clean and respected our home. They worked fast and really tried to solve and remedy every issue. My wife and I were happy with the service they provided and would recommend them.

We had multiple leaks over a couple of weeks, major pipe issues. The leaks caused major damage in multiple areas of our house. Robert was fantastic, he came out next day, in between appts, to start the drying process so the damage could be mitigated. He and his crew know their stuff, and were very professional. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them again

I am a military veteran and have USAA insurance. I am writing this review to warn others about Venturi Restoration. I used them for a minor water damage claim at the strong suggestion of USAA. The minor water damage was under the kitchen island on or about Dec 15, 2001. I have never seen or heard so many excuses, the workmanship was mediocre at best and now on April 15, 2021 the work is still not done. The supervisor Gabriel likely did not have good control over his subs and they more or less worked at their whim. I don't recall anything in writing or orally in regard to a job completion date. If this firm is recommended by your insurance company do NOT hire them. If you do use them DO NOT pay your homeowners insurance deductible until the work is done to your satisfaction A Smith

Communication was clear and timely. Mike, the project supervisor was very responsive and kept the work flow going. The workers did quality work.
