Discovered leak in my water heater closet. Seen Atlanta Star in my area before and decided to try. Tech, Britt, was out in 20 min. Confirmed neighbor A/C was leaking into to my unit. Because he was there, I had an already issue to switch out my shut off valves to kitchen sink as they were corroding. Previous plumber was a bit inept so was looking fot another company anyway. Britt walked through everything with me, he explained and showed me everything he did. He was friendly, took his time and didn't rush the job. I knocked off a star because most vendors waive the service charge if they do the work; and was much higher than others at $79 vs $65. Also, the other two quotes I received for two valves were a bit lower; however, Britt did give me a $50 off coupon which I can appreciate. He was gracious and cordial when leaving. Overall, satisfied with what was accomplished. Would use them again.

I've James with Atlanta Star plumbing has been to my condo twice in the past year for two separate issues. Each time he was prompt, professional and courteous. He quick identified each issue and took care of it quickly.

We used Atlanta Star Plumbing with a particularly challenging problem in our backyard that other gas plumbing companies were not able to help us with. We had a leak in the gas line feeding our pool heater. Brad Huxhold handled our issue from beginning to end, and he did a great job for us. He was so thorough, careful and responsive. Also their front office is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend using this company, even for challenging domestic gas plumbing issues.

The handle on my shower stopped working, could not turn water on and off. Britt made the repair and it worked better than when it was first installed by my contractor. Very happy with the service.
