Atlas Foundation Repair

***ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL COMPANY*** In my line of work, I work with contractors all the time. I actually met with 4 companies in total. Atlas Foundation impressed me the most with their professionalism, communication and price! Cy and Corey did an amazing job repairing my driveway! I was impressed with both their years of experience, how thorough they were and how quick they got the job done! They even cleaned up nicely before they left! Prior to the job, Robby got me a quote faster than the other companies and was able to get me scheduled quick!! He even came out to the jobsite. He was very personable! I highly recommend Atlas and am very happy I chose them instead of the other 3 companies!!!!!

A portion of my pool deck is raised 3 steps higher than the rest of the deck. After many years it started settling. A couple of years ago I had one of those Polyxx sidewalk levelers out to inject foam. It didn't raise the deck, but I hoped it would stabilize it. NOPE! The deck continued to settle. I had Atlas come out. Ramiro & Cole did the work, Cy supervised. The pool deck came up right away. The raised deck is not a straightforward configuration, but they knew what they were doing (and none of the Polyxx BS about only estimating 20lbs of foam so more will be extra). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

John and his crew did an outstanding job installing 5 piers and adjusting 1 today. They handled everything perfectly, kept me informed throughout the process, and left the area spotless when finished. There was a minor issue with the sewer line during the repair, but they immediately notified me and resolved it completely—leaving things even better than before. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, John and team!

We called Atlas because we used them for a previous home and were impressed that they didn't sell us more than we needed. Well, I am happy to say they are still running an honest business. Trey came today and did some measurements and we were lucky enough not to need services at this time. He was patient, professional, and took time to answer our questions even when he could tell that their services wouldn't be needed. Glad to know Atlas can still be trusted!

Compared Atlas and Olshan and decided on Atlas(reasonable price...good reviews...Olshan was very high). I had good experience lining everything up with Jared. Jared is the drainage lead for Atlas in Houston and came out to perform the inspection and generate the estimate for the drainage system. Carlos and Manny led the drainage installation crew that performed the work. Professional and courteous. Joel was friendly and professional as well. Although the drainage system hasn't been tested yet, I'm confident(and praying) it will keep water from coming up under the foundation and through my downstairs floor the next time it rains hard and long enough.

Atlas Foundation Repair was great. Cameron who did the estimate was great at explaining how they do it and also took the time out to answer any of my questions. Edwin and his crew who did the work were great. They are some of the hardest working people that I met. They were all very courteous and did a great job of cleaning up. Edwin is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Atlas for any foundation repair and would recommend to ask for Ed win and his crew.

10/30/25 If I could give them 0 starts I would. I was coerced/manipulated with scare tactics into a 5 day turnaround from quote to construction. Atlas sent someone to manipulate me, and rush into a job without disclosures they should have provided. In short, my floor is no longer flush, and more cracks have arised, as well as a potential future risk to my pool because they dug less than 2 feet from the pool. They did not care to disclose risk of the job, and only cared about getting me scheduled as fast as possible so I'd have no time to do any due diligence. They used deceptive trade practices, and are willfully negligent pushing jobs that technically do not need to occur. I have had multiple second opinions since the rushed work was completed, and all of them counter the scare tactics the Atlas representative used to get me to accept the job. I was told if I did not do the repairs (Two 1 inch adjustments to a hallway), that when I call them again in the future instead of just digging outside they would have to dig inside my actual house costing me way more money! This is deceptive trade practices, fraud, and coercion just to make money off people like myself who believe companies like this do honest work... THEY DO NOT! The only people in the company doing an honest job are the actual workers. The lead foreman was nice enough to be honest with me, which is what inevitably led to my disgust with this company! 11/11/25 Update After the work was completed I was sure the work done was done poorly, and go figure I was right again. The work was done incorrectly, and now Atlas is going to have to come out and re-dig everything. Had there been a post work check/walk through with me this would have been prevented. Now I have new damage in the areas where the work was done, and more costs in damages have been incurred. Atlas is responsible for all the damage because my home did not technically need the work for natural settling (1inch or less). This company coerced me to do the work with scare tactics, and now I'm stuck trusting a company that has done incorrect foundation work on my home. I expect Atlas to rectify all the damages caused as a result of pushing/rushing the project. The negligence here just keeps piling up, as well as the damages created by the work. This is unacceptable business practices, and I hope Atlas is going to do right by me and correct the work, as well as pick up the repair costs for the imposed damages created by coercing/forcing me into this job with scare tactics. I had Camilo Bustos come to my house yesterday and attest to everything I am saying. I hope Atlas does right by me, and not only corrects the piers they placed. Atlas over raised new piers they added incorrectly, which has led to tile and wall cracking, as well as making my floor uneven when it was originally perfect. The damages continue to accrue daily. It's crazy to think I told the original foreman on the job I felt the work was off/incorrect, and he told me it was a floor issue. Come to find out I was right, and a tenured foreman was incorrect. All this could have been prevented if Atlas had more transparent business practices, such as a post job walk through. I'm disgusted with the way I was handled by Atlas thus far, and I'm hoping they are going to make it right.
