Im giving this for the employees and their care and respect. My husband, infant, and myself were in an accident. I was terrified and husband was struggling to get out of the car. A man stopped, helped my husband out, gave us waters, and waited for emergency services to arrive. I was a mess and he was calm and respectful. If this is their employee character, I would call in a heartbeat to work with them.

One of your driver’s experiencing road rage - trying to intimidate is off the road - it’s started with flashing of lights because we were in front of him and in his way - there were two cars ahead of us and couldn’t move anywhere. He then came up to our right and started swerving into our lane — we passed him along with the left lane traffic - left him far behind and as soon as he was able to he zoomed right by us and again really close to us.

On my way to work this morning, and Austin air conditioning service truck was behind me, when an ambulance drove towards Us all the other cars pulled off to the right but not this truck. In fact it stayed in the left lane and kept going. He did slow down and put his brakes on, but he never pulled over. That’s a huge traffic violation.

Whoever the driver in the Tundra was needs to relax. In bumper to bumper traffic, there is no need to swerve around a vehicle into the carpool lane to swerve back into the lane and slam on the brakes. If I know an individual is impatient or has poor attitude, why would I trust their company to do a good job or take care in mine or my family's safety? I 100% would not use or recommend.

Bought the house in 2018. They did the wiring. My breaker box has a 40 amp breaker to a 220 v outlet in garage. I have a 15 amp breaker to the 110v outlets. According to them they were supposed to be 20 amp for the 110v and 50 amp for the 220v. Was told to hire an electrician to fix the mistake because I didn’t catch it nor my inspector. The original wiring job looks to be done correctly, just not in the correct circuit amperage’s. So here’s to finding someone to run the correct wire through my walls.

Stopped by today to ask if they are hiring, the reception NATALA was very professional, kind and helpful, however I’ve been told they are not hiring at the moment but, she deserves to be thanked, of course receptions are the face of company. Thank you for the information NATALIA

Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Lost power to a section of my home in a brand new build - couldn't be bothered to come out for days because it is "not an emergency". Simply told me to use another room. Rude, sarcastic, and utterly useless. Do not do business with this company. Their follow through will leave you wishing you had worked with someone else.
