I want to thank Rodney and Rodney's crew for the immaculate work they did, the excellent quality evident in the attached photos, for the care they took and the consideration shown to my family and our home. I can't express how grateful we are. I want to thank Jacob for being my on site point of contact, helping to communicate and address any concerns and enduring the installation proceeded smoothly and doing several walkthroughs with me. Thank you to Roman for communicating with me ahead of the job and to Jennifer for coordinating the project, and to Rob for working with me on the quote, answering my questions, giving me all the options I was looking for, and helping me navigate financing for this project. Baker recently replaced my roof and did an exceptional job, so I reached out to have them replace windows. Their quote was competitive and I trusted the quality of their previous work. They installed 22 windows in 2 days. The house is thirty years old and the windows were original, many with at least some degree of wood rot, so it was an involved project. The amount of work they did was incredible. It was not easy work, and they handled every component with precision. They went above and beyond, patching sills and moulding, even painting the interior trim, and making the end result look beautiful. They were working constantly, cutting, wrapping, getting everything level, cleaning and ensuring everything was spotless. I love the look, functionality and quality of the windows. They are Marvin Essentials Fiberglass, so I don't have to worry about wood rot or constant maintenance, but am also able to paint them in the future if I ever feel like it. Baker kept their word every step of the way, they absolutely lived up their reputation. They took care of me. I would recommend them to anybody. The personnel representing Baker were exceptional. Will Gurney made our assessment very clear. Joey Pritchard was knowledgeable and friendly as project manager. And the technician who managed the work - Boni, was highly capable and efficient, and his crew was very thoughtful with set up and clean up. The work was completed according to schedule, and the site was treated with the utmost respect, and cleaned thoroughly. The decisions made by the crew when they discovered challenges resulted in quality results, and they addressed my few remaining concerns quickly and effectively. I will call them back if any issues arise because I know that they are capable of resolving individual problems in consideration of the entire structure.

I met with William Gurney from Baker Home Exteriors to talk about replacing the roof. He arrived on time and with sample materials as well as a copy of the warranty for me to review at my leisure, after explaining it in terms I could understand. He inspected the roof to assess the wear and damage, did not try to upsell or pressure me into submitting an insurance claim. Also, his estimate was very reasonable. I scheduled the job with a different company this time due to difficult logistics, but would not hesitate to call Baker again or recommend them.

Based on my research, Baker Home Exteriors has a reputation for quality work, so I hired them to replace my roof and to install 22 new windows in my home. Everyone on the Baker team, including Pete Mandic, Rob Holt, Brian Altork, Roman Smith, and the roofing and window crews were a pleasure to work with. In the past couple of years, I had renovated the inside of my home and was nervous that replacing the window frames would mess up the interior paint and tile. But the window crew were such professionals. There was zero damage to paint or tiles. And Brian suggested a fixed window in my kitchen to replace the existing three narrow windows. It's gorgeous! (See before and after photo) I also had new built-ins in my office and wanted to match the blue-green window. That was accomplished without a problem as well. The crews were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well. If I am in need of additional home repairs, Baker will be my first and only call. I highly recommend them!!
