I had to share how grateful we are for Bates Roofing workers. We had such a great experience from the estimate process to the work crew, them even coming to check in after the work was all done and the billing process. It helped that we saw the quality (not to mention the fantastic pricing options) when they worked with our neighbors. We had some tricky needs (solar panels and a pond in our tiny back yard. They were accommodating and respectful of our needs. We didn't think it was necessary to cover the pond, but they took the extra time and effort to make sure all our fishies were protected. At the end of the work they did a thorough walk through and truly were committed to leaving everything in perfect shape. They were efficient, on time, and great at communicating the plan all throughout the process. Thank you Jose for all your hard work and staying safe. We truly appreciate all of you.

I truly could not have asked for a better roofing experience. Bates Roofing had the very best plan for my roof with respect to venting, valleys and design. The owner, Brad, helped me pick the perfect color for my roof (CertainTeed Black Walnut) that coordinated beautifully with my orangish-red brick color. It really updated the entire home from my former outdated red roof, and I loved the new look from the first time I saw it. This company was beyond careful and tidy with the installation. Not one plant was damaged in my garden and no debris was left behind. I felt like they really cared that I was satisfied with their work. After many roof estimates I settled for Bates Roofing. My next door neighbor referred this business to me. The appointment and inspection was very professional. After agreeing on the estimate the project was scheduled and completed within 3 weeks of the initial inspection. On day of installation the team showed up on time and worked most of the day. I viewed and ask questions with the supervisor on site. Everything was done as promised. Roof installed, debris removed and the roof looks wonderful. Reasonable affordability and I would recommend this company to my friends.

This company was awesome to work with. I live 4hrs away from my rental property and couldn't be there while they were doing the work. I was kept informed by text messages through the whole process. Not only did they do the roof, they also replaced some rotted fascia boards ( something the other 2 companies I got quotes from never offered).Also sent pictures when everything was completed.
