Excellent communication and tolerance of a curious customer with a lot of questions. Ben F. (Journeyman) and Ben (Apprentice) were wonderful to talk with, knowledgeable and friendly. As far as I can tell their work was top notch. The Lead, Chris, was communicative and responsive to any queries. Thank you, Beacon, and especially to the Electricians Ben and Ben for your work and attention (and overall friendliness and knowledge). I don't often give this high of kudos to anyone but these gentlemen deserve it.

Needed a new outlet installed for an electric vehicle. Chris was able to send me a quote after sending a few pictures. All my questions before install and after install were answered prompted via text. The lead electrician, Ben (there’s 2) was very polite and communicative to make sure I was satisfied with the placement. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Chris, Ben & Ben did a terrific job for us installing a generator cutoff at our breaker panel as well as installing a new range hood. Very professional, courteous, prompt and attentive. Communicates well. Will use again and recommend to our neighbors and friends. Please consider them if you need an electrician!
