Norb Beiter is an outstanding home inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction. He explains everything as you go through the home and provides a very comprehensive report when he meets with you. It is obvious that Norb takes great pride in his work. He is very thorough and wants to make sure that you know everything you should about your new home and maintaining it. His customer service is exceptional and he charges a very fair price. Norb has done 5 home inspections for our family and we would not go anywhere else. We highly recommend Beiter Home Inspections.

We just bought a house and were so very impressed with Norbert! He was very thorough , easy to work with, explained everything, and knows a lot about houses! He writes up an amazing color coded booklet and meets with you the next day to explain every last detail about the house. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Beiter Inspections to anyone!

I can't stress enough how great of a job Norbert does with his service . This is my 2nd experience buying a house in a 4 year span. Surprisingly he was cheaper than my first home Inspector who I would never reccomend. I wouldn't expect that with inflation in 4 years and is VERY thorough . He is very professional.I found out about him through my sister once I seen and herd of him I decided to give him a chance and I'm glad I did. No one take pride in what they do like he does anymore.
