I can’t say enough good things about Berkey’s, KP, and their team of salaried (NOT commissioned) HVAC techs! They give you sound advice, suggestions and recommendations regarding any HVAC issues you may be facing - without the pressure of having to make an on-the-spot decision that you don’t feel comfortable making. They are super thorough in their assessments and you feel good knowing that you can trust their advice. My heater would blow cold air - I’ve had 3 different HVAC companies through my home warranty take a look and none of them could provide a fix. Turns out the Nest thermostat needed to be replaced with a Honeywell T6, and as soon as we made the change, everything magically worked! Best part, they didn’t charge me a stupid service call fee that would not go towards the cost of repairs! Instead, I signed up for their VIP Membership for like $20/mo and have them on speed dial in case I have any HVAC, electrical or plumbing issues - I get next day (not next week, we’re too busy, and gonna charge you a service call fee) service. I feel you get the backing of a big company, not a fly by night, solo tech working from his truck, or moonlighter - these guys are trustworthy and am happy to partner with Berkey’s!

I can always rely on Berkey's to show up when they say they will and fix whatever plumbing issue might arise. I have used them 5 times in the last 10 years and they never disappoint. The problem is resolved, the right way, no corners cut, no shortcuts. This time they located and repaired a slab leak and were able to reroute the damaged pipe without having to tunnel under the house or cut up the foundation. If you want it done right Berkey's is a great choice.

Our hot water heater broke, and water was going everywhere. Thankfully Berkeys replaced it quickly and helped us stop the massive leak. They even came out the same day, on a holiday week, when things get super busy. They were professional from the start. The people who answered the phone, to the technicians that installed the hot water tank did an amazing job. Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving!

Non-functioning heat/ac after another company had insulated my attic. They sent someone out to fix it but he couldn’t figure it out. I called Berkey’s. My tech David figured it out in a flash . He was friendly (liked my dog), efficient and helpful. Explained issue well. I’ve been a Berkey’s customer for years and have always thought they were the best!

I’ve used Berkey’s for almost 2 decades, and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I had a service scheduled that ended up being way more complex than expected. My professional, Darius, kept me informed every step of the way. He gave me options and never tried to push higher prices. He listened to me and helped me choose the best option. He was so friendly and straightforward: exactly what I have come to expect from Berkey’s.

Berkey’s always does a great job! Replaced faulty outdoor lantern that now works perfectly. Polite and professional electrician. Easy to contact Berkey’s and they worked with me when I had to reschedule the appointment. Will call them again for whatever need arises.

They did alright. He installed a switch for our new fan/heater/light. In the attic, he just left the existing junction box which didn't run through the side of the box on the input side, but just went over the top of the box so no cover could be installed. The output side went out properly through the other side of the junction box. That left all the wiring and wire nuts all open and exposed instead of installing it properly. He said I could just push the wires into the box and put a cover on it, which was impossible the way he left it and with how much I paid... Should have been done as part of the service. When I went up there and started to push the ground wires back into the box, all the wires fell out of the wiring nut and I saw that it was not possible to put wires back into the box and put a over on it. For $433... I would expect a better install. I had to turn off the breaker and put the ground wires back into the wire nut myself and just wrapped the box with e-tape until I get more time to look into it. I personally won't use Berkey's again, but the fan/heater/light switch is working properly so I guess there is that silver lining. Cost was outrageous in my opinion. Especially for the half done install. Next time I will use someone else.
