Harvey arrived early to our scheduled appointment. When he arrived he introduced himself, then we went over the work to be performed and afterwards he promptly went to work. I was extremely happy with the work that he did. Now my puppy has a working patio light.

We bought this older home 11 months ago and the whole time the water from the washer has been backing up into the bathtub. The previous owner did not have this issue. Since we are currently remodeling the bathroom, we decided to have a professional come out to access the situation. Upon arrival, I explained the issue and Joseph, along with the other plumber, immediately knew what was causing this to happen. Both plumbers are very knowledgeable and experienced with the situation. They were curteous and professional and arrived in a timely manner. They took time to explain the process to correct the issue as well. Overall, we had a great experience. I will definitely be calling them again!

Jonah was amazing!! We called for his help because we had a leak somewhere and he came in an hour and fixed our problem in 2.5 hours. He was extremely nice, and very professional. Highly recommend!

You definitely get what you pay for. I called Bert Black and was assigned Jonah as my tech. He was very professional and did a great job fixing our issue with the plumbing backing up. We had him come out a second day to locate our septic tank which he successfully did and alerted us of some issues that need to be addressed soon. They aren’t the cheapest by any means but the work is very professional and it’s done correctly. Jonah is an exceptional tech to deal with and accommodated very well with our family setting.

Mr Lee Thompson was great! So friendly! He explained everything very well. We want to do the service but will have to wait until next year. We didn’t realize it would be so expensive!

Michael showed up right on time. He was able to diagnose the leak problem and replaced the necessary parts quickly. In addition, the charge for this service/repair was very reasonable. I would certainly use Bert Black services again if needed.

Had an AC tech come out today. Tech was very friendly, nice and professional. My only issue was the cost of the AC drain clear out of $352 to put a little air hose In the pipe to blow something out 4 inches deep that was in the "u" was a little costly. Actually too costly.
