Nick at Big Apple Installations was fantastic to work with. I had two NYC DOB violations, and Nick was able to guide me on how to resolve the issues. He was not the cheapest (something I learned a while ago is that you get what you pay for in construction), and I am very glad I picked him. I needed plumbing work done in the basement. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and the result was impeccable. Communication was fantastic, and this was even though I was in South America while the work was being done. I highly recommend anyone to go with Big Apple Installations for any plumbing work that you need.

National Grid found a leak and turned our 8-unit co-op's gas off. We called Big Apple, who has been our go-to plumber based on excellent work for smaller jobs. We also decided to go ahead and replace our boiler which was a little older than its recommended useful life. Nick and his crew got right to work and permitted the work, installed a new boiler and replaced the faulty pipe. They got the gas turned back on in less than a week. Amazing! I work with other plumbers at my job, and it has taken at least a month and sometimes many months to get service restored and get the jobs signed off. I highly recommend Bid Apple Installations.

My condo couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received from Nick Rosen's Big Apple Installations. It took over two years from my initial contact with Nick for the condo to raise sufficient funds to replace our six 40+ year-old boilers. Throughout that period Nick was very patient, helpful, responsive, and professional. He also offered a very fair price for the job. I called not knowing what to expect but I had a situation that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I called and Nick and Jessica were professional and very helpful. They estimated the job through pictures taken and had a price immediately. The work was well done and neat. The two man team sent were great and on time.
