Steve and his whole crew were absolutely wonderful to work with! You can tell that they truly care about the little details and worked diligently to fix little problems that arose along the way. Our renovation was difficult with lots of issues found, but Steve and his team found a way to fix every little thing. From arriving early and staying late, weekdays and weekends, they made sure we were comfortable with the whole experience. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for reliable, hard working, grade A craftsmanship! Would definitely use them again

Our house needed a new roof. Our siding was also way past the end of life. We reached out to a couple roofing companies, hoping one contractor could handle both. We met with Steve and the combination of price and our comfort level we moved forward with Big Shot roofing. The crew who did our work was excellent. Anytime something needed adjusting Steve was on top of it. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with our treatment and the quality of their work.

The crew showed up early and worked hard the whole time. The work and price for the projects they did for me were great!

I can’t say enough about this company. After torrential rain, my sump pump and back up sump pump failed. My finished basement was flooded and caused the carpet to mildew and water damage in some of the drywall. This company came highly recommend and after working with them I know why. From start to finish they handled a house emergency professionally, quickly, and carefully from start to finish. Kane is extremely knowledgeable about what can be seen with a naked eye versus what can’t be when it comes to water damage. He communicated thoroughly about every observation he had and the options available. He never cut corners or looked for quick fixes that would cause ignoring damage or other issues later. Him and his team went above and beyond to move everything out of my basement and work as quickly as possible without causing to much inconvenience to my young family as much as possible. I had water leaking from a broken pipe in the middle of the night and called several companies. Big Shot Water Restoration was the only company that answered. Not only did they show up within the hour, the owner called a local plumber to come out and fix the broken pipe. They worked all morning to clean up all the water and had my basement completely dry in 3 days. Exceptional service & very knowledgeable! Recommend!

Worked with the owner Kane over my basement flooding during one of our our more recent bad storms. Gave him a call , it was later in the evenening but he was able to come out within a short time window to remove the floodwaters from my basement, as well as taking additional measures to ensure molding and mildew didn't have a chance to develop.. our basement had a sump pump issue, Kane referred me to a plumber that was both affordable and timely. All I'm very impressed with big shot water restorations ability to solve my flood problem and go even further to protect me from future events.
