Blair's Plumbing Repair & Drains

I needed a 50 year old hose bib replaced, and also wanted another one installed on the opposite end of the house. I felt the price quoted was quite reasonable considering they needed to drill thru brick and crawl space insulation. I then asked for a quote for installing a deep sink next to the washer. This involved quite a bit more work, but while under the house, the tech pointed out installing the new drain 'could' be attached to the existing cast iron pipe, but also pointed out how the slope was not correct (obvious low point then flowing back uphill). By replacing the cast iron and correcting the slope at the same time with installing a new drain line would be more cost effective. After removing the cast iron and seeing how much crud was inside and how restricted the flow was, we are quite thankful we had it replace with ABS before a major blockage developed. The new connections for the washer and deep sink were well placed and allow for a efficient space utilization. Ben and Aaron were very courteous, explained exactly what was needed, made suggestions for improvements occasionally, and finished the job (even with a few additions to the original scope of work) on time. The work areas were left cleaner than when they came.

Blair’s Plumbing came out for an issue with our kitchen sink and didn’t leave until everything worked flawlessly. They will definitely be my first call from now on.

Everyone working on our home was very professional and explained every step they were going to make. They were explained why the various items needed to be done and what would be needed. We had what we thought was a minor leak. When the wall was opened we discovered that a pipe had cracked open. They fixed it very efficiently and were great. We have had the out for another problem and will have them back for any plumbing repair we have. I highly recommend Blair Plumbing they are wonderful people and very knowledgeable about their work.

These guys are great! There’s no surprise with cost - they tell you the quote while they’re in your home; the guys are courteous with your property - they wear booties; and they review the statement at the end. They did what they said they’d do and never rush out of the house. Great team!

When our water heater went out, we knew exactly who to call. All of Blair’s staff are incredible- Ashley was very helpful and informative when booking our appointment. Ben and Aaron did an excellent job removing our oddly placed water heater and installing our new one. Everyone is very kind and professional. They do a thorough job and a great one at that.
