Pavel and Michael Willis are amazing!! They did such amazing work on my house after our issue. The response time is amazing. If I didn't understand something, they talked it through me till I understood it. I will most definitely use them for future projects in my home. Honest and very trustworthy people indeed!!! Where do I start! BMS CAT is an amazing company that our family was blessed to come across with, after encountering a fire in our home! They have been honest, helpful, efficient, and open to communicating about any issues or concerns we might have! Carlos Ocampo is an amazing project manager, he is always available and willing to listen to any feedback! Carlos Salazar is our project coordinator and he also a great person and explained to us, everything about the process in the project! They are both extremely knowledgeable and professional individuals! We met Shane Hudson ( General manager) and Douglas ( Content manager) which they also are open to communication and collaborating with us. Every single person that we have interacted with has been very supportive and helpful so far! They are professionals at what they do! All their different teams are friendly, respectful, reliable, and willing to help as much as they can! Their work integrity and ethics are admirable! They are also very transparent with every step they will take. We are really thankful for their support throughout this process! I can thank them enough! I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan and Shane. I moved into a new home and found several areas of damage to the interior and exterior of the home. Dan and Shane walked the property with me and explained how they could help fix the issues. I immediately felt comfortable with their demeanor and thorough explanations. They answered all my questions, and we set up a game plan. They really created a "we" atmosphere to where it felt like a partnership. Dan stayed in contact with me before, during and after the repairs. His sense of humor kept it light and fun while his crew is amazing at their trade and were extremely efficient. Dan and Shane worked with me on timing, and they kept to the schedule we agreed on. I am so happy with the outcome. My career takes me into the construction realm here in AZ and I have had my share of interactions with general contractors. Let's just say over 50% of these interactions have not been positive. These guys came in for some water damage under my sink that ended up turning into a full flooring and paint job through my entire downstairs. They were timely, professional, and amazing. They communicated every step of the way and I was so happy with the finished product. My home looks beautiful!

Had irrigation hose break and shoot water up through the vent holes under the eaves. Water came in to the wall of the room below! Checked to see who my insurance recommended and called them. Came out promptly and gave estimate! A very fair estimate and time frame. Came out next week and now the room is done and looks fantastic! The workers were easy to communicate, polite and and left the house clean. The project manager came in with the repairmen the first day and went over everything. Through out kept us updated and when came out and inspected their work. Made sure we knew the warranty! This company and the people are beyond professional! The repairmen went into Phoenix to find the correct molding for my baseboards.
