Great customer service, Im a renter and they replaced my tub and surround. Showed up on time and very professional, used them myself to help out my mother with her shower and I was about to afford them. Will always recommend them to anyone needing services

After dealing with an issue and another company for 3 weeks with no resolve or compassion I decided to go with another company and Jeanie was absolutely heaven sent . She understood what I was goin through and picked up where someone else dropped rhe ball and was able to get one of her guys Jamie out and clear the issue within the same day . She was super pleasant, kind, genuine and caring! I would def call her and her Jamie to help with any other issue moving forward !

Brainer fixed my clog in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Timmy from Brainer was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He did the work quickly. I'm highly satisfied.

Taylor & Michael of Brainer Plumbing were excellent. They both were punctual, friendly and professional. They diagnosed my issue and went right to work on resolving the problem. They both showed an unusual concern for my issue and were willing to go the extra mile to get it solved as quickly as possible. I will use Brainer Plumbing again.

Tim and Jaydon were techs to come look at an old, malfunctioning dishwasher and replace it with an old that had been sitting around for quite a quite in a relative's garage. It was new, but connections parts were missing and we got an honest recommendation to replace it. The guys couldn't have been more impressive in knowledge of what they were doing and simply being very nice guys who we were happy to welcome into our home.

I was disappointed to get the recorded AI message when I called to schedule a service request. All these years I have been speaking with a nice, knowledgeable lady with no delay. My time is valuable to me I don’t like waiting for AI and getting put on hold. I will try a different plumber one that puts customers first. There is something that will never be replaced when speaking to a real person. Good luck with your business done things should never be changed.

Jamie and his helper did a really good job of repairing some major plumbing issues we had in 3 bathrooms and our kitchen. Jamie is knowledgeable and explained in a way that I understood what needed to be done. He has relieved a lot of anxiety for me! Professional and fair! I highly recommend!
