I had a great experience with Brooks Plumbing. From the moment I called, their team was professional, courteous, and responsive. They scheduled me quickly and arrived right on time. Oliver, Wrangler and Juan were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I appreciated the honesty and fair pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brooks Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services.

The techs at Brooks Plumbing are quite good and easy to work with. The problem is the owner. He is an absolute jerk. The plumber came to the house to clear a drain that took 5 minutes and stated the charge would be $120 which I felt was reasonable. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to pay while the technician is at the house. The next day I received a bill for $270. When I politely called to ask about the bill amount, he hung up on me before I could finish my opening sentence. I called back and asked why he would hang up on me when I've been a customer for years. He said he didn't need my business since he has lots of customers. He has hung up on me several times in the past but I have always come back since I love the technicians. No more. I can't take the risk of getting charged $270 for 5 minutes of work (when the tech said $120).

Ryan was very nice and knowledgeable about my water heating system and definitely put me at ease about how it works. he did not want to intentionally waste any time that was not necessary. I appreciate the honesty of this company and I will be another return customer.

Brooks plumbing is awesome. I discovered I needed help after dinner but called anyway, thinking I would leave a message. They were able to send someone out the next morning. I only use them for plumbing after being ripped off by another plumber. They even fixed the problems that other plumber left behind. They have replaced toilets, hot water heater, repaired gas lines and repaired our sewage lines. They have always been super.

My experience with Brooks Plumbing waa great. They came out promptly and quickly identified my slab leak problems. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. My repair was quickly completed and the work site was left cleaned. Their staff was very good to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Service technicians did a terrific job. I had a clogged condensate drain line that needed to be cleaned and a shower valve that wouldn’t regulate the water temperature. They were able to locate and bring with them when they arrived an uncommon off-brand shower faucet washerless cartridge from pictures I sent. The technicians arrived on time as promised.
