Really, really great team to work with. Very efficient, prompt, quality work. Jared and Katie installed 2 20 amp breakers for extra garage outlets. Clean job all the way around. Showed up promptly and were done fast. We are very pleased and now our garage freezer is much safer. Bid was well done also. Again, definitely a top notch team from a top notch local firm.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had a chandelier installed with some specific devices to operate the light and they made it happen. Fantastic attitude, listened to what I requested and gave some great advice for alternative options...even did some touch up painting due to a smaller canopy that came with the light...all at a very reasonable price.

Had a 400 sqft shed electrified with 100 amp service off the house panel, 7 110V outlets, a minisplit disconnect and 220V outlet, recessed lighting, exterior lighting and outlet, and two surface mount light boxes for future shop lights. While not inexpensive, the estimate was below the other estimates I got. Everything is expensive nowadays. 🙁 Their scheduling was almost immediate and fit very well with my and the builder's plans. No waiting! I made some small modifications while work was in progress, and it was no problem! Jared and his apprentice worked hard and efficiently, getting the rough-in done in the two days promised, even though it required nearly a 12 hour day the second day. They even let me talk their ears off occasionally, very friendly. I occasionally had to prompt for communications, but when I did, responses were immediate, whether email, phone or text. Even some after-hours texts were answered the same evening. All in all very happy with the scheduling, communication and the completed work.

I had a great experience with Brown Town Electrical! I reached out because one of my GFI outlets in my Stanwood home was flashing, making a popping noise, and wouldn’t reset. They were able to quickly identify the issue and had the faulty GFI replaced and everything working again in less than 20 minutes. Could not be happier! They showed up on time, were professional, respectful of my home, and cleaned up after themselves. It’s so refreshing to find a reliable electrician who does what they say they’re going to do. Brown Town Electrical is my go-to for any electrical needs in Stanwood and the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

We contacted Brown Town to install a 220 plug-in for our hot tub. Initially there were communication issues but Barry, the owner/manager made it right. The team did an excellent job at the electrical panel and installing the plug and shut off switch. Very professional, very clean and a job well done. And very competitively priced! Highly recommended!

Great customer service and exceptional work from Jared and Katie at Brown Town Electrical. They took care not only to expertly fix my electrical issues, but they made sure not to track dirt in my home and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them.
