This team does a phenomenal job, I made the initial call and they had someone out the following day. From diagnosing the problem to offering a solution, Phillip was in constant communication and answered any questions that I had. He even took the time to program each of my vehicles remotes. It is great to see someone take so much pride in their job! This level of service is consistent as well, I have used them 3x now personally and referred them to friends. They have delivered fast and friendly service to all of us. No matter what your garage door needs are, waste no time calling around. This team is by far the best and most responsive.

I've used BT1 for multiple openers and they have always done an excellent job. Today was no different, Matt was Awesome! He came for an estimate only I thought. I approved the quote and he asked if I wanted it right now? I said, well absolutely. He replaced a spring and installed a new opener like the professional he is! Matt done a fantastic job! BT1 was recommended by a few neighbors that had used their services for their garage doors and were satisfied with the work. I had a quote from another company I have used and liked, but decided to try BT1 this time for a broken garage door spring. They were quick to schedule, had good communication, had excellent pricing, and did a great job on replacing a broken spring on my garage door. The tech was friendly and very efficient with his time. I got a warranty on this one that I didn’t get with the other company. I usually stick with companies I know do a good job, but glad I gave BT1 a try. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need work in the future.

I have to say this company is a breath of fresh air. Too many companies act like they are doing you a favor by showing up. Matthew with BT1 was very punctual and extremely professional. Took the time to explain why certain repairs needed to be done and completed them quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs!

Our garage door had various issues, including, stalling, hesitating and "just being stubborn." Our cold weather expanded the problems. We called BT1 Garage Door Company and spoke to Brandon. Brandon assigned a repair person and arranged an immediate visit. Matt arrived shortly thereafter. He listened to my description of the problems and went to right to work. I watched and occasionally asked questions as to what he was doing. Matt was polite to answer my questions and also offered advice as to issues he was fixing or adjusting that I knew nothing about. I think he thought of everything. Our garage door is smoother, quieter and now, reliable. I personally don't think that there is a better garage door repairman or maintenance man than Matt. Brandon was great to deal with and very professional. I greatly appreciate his diligence and prompt response, even though it was the weekend, to engage a technician for the repair. Phillip was extremely courteous and did a great job with the repair. I would highly recommend BT1 for anyone needing a garage door installation or repair.

I would like to thank Brandon. for his quick response to my garage door issue. He was able to start service in less than two hours. That's unbelievable! Brandon's communication and follow-up is Outstanding!!! Phillip, the Tech was an absolute pleasure to work with. He had to move one of the cars out of the garage to perform the repairs. All of this was done while I was at work. Phillip is extremely trustworthy and a master of his craft.
