Bug Geeks Pest Control

My wife and I suspected that we had carpenter ants and we were finding them walking around everywhere- in the basement, around the kitchen, and upstairs in the bathrooms. I called Bug Geeks and they scheduled us quickly and came exactly at the time promised. Eric and I talked for a few minutes and I told him what we were seeing. He asked if we had any pets and I said a cat. With that he let me know that the inside treatment wouldn’t be harmful to her. As Eric did the service, he noted that he was finding a large number of yellow jackets around. We had seen them too, but hadn’t thought much of it. Anyway, he also found a yellow jacket nest, buried in our siding and took care of that. The picture is of the dead ants outside our house, so he took care of it all. This was a really good experience with.Bug Geeks. The customer service, attention to detail, and quality are all top-notch. Definitely consider them for your next pest control service!

I have had too many opportunities where I have needed to talk to someone about pests and exterminating and Eric has been wonderful each and every time. He is very generous with his knowledge and expertise to make sure I have done all the steps I can do myself before going all in with treatments. He is quick to respond, very knowledgeable and comfortable to speak with. It’s never great to have to contact someone in his profession but it is great to have someone like Eric as your go-to person

Update (8/26/25): We’ve now used their service for three seasons and every season we’ve had the same great service. We’re very pleased and happy we took a chance on them. This year our service technicians is Lynell. He is fantastic! And a very hard worker. He’s very personable. We love chatting with him for a quick minute, making sure he’s doing ok, etc. when he’s here. I always try to give him a water bottle or two after he’s finished, when it’s hot out. And sometimes, even at 8:30 in the morning when he’s here…it’s already brutal. The humidity can be horrendous. We use Bug Geeks for our monthly mosquito control service and they do an excellent job! The company is local, family owned, very responsive to our needs and always great service. We had specific concerns relative to our pets based on some previous experiences with a former company that we addressed with Bug Geeks and they have been more than accommodating and flexible. Very easy to work with and super friendly as well. Highly recommend. Also price cam in lower than other companies this year.

Eric once again returned to our house for yet another yellow jacket nest inside of the siding this time. Not only did he come out quickly and assess the problem but within 20 minutes they were gone! It's been over a week and no sign of the bees. We have been using Bug Geeks for years and always will. Fast, dependable and just the nicest folks to deal with.

As always, only professional service provided by Bug Geeks. Matt came to do the annual check of the termite traps. Everything was quick and easy. I believe this is my 3rd year having this service with the company and everything has always been top tier service and quality!
