We LOVE Bumble Bee and have been loyal customers for over 12 years! They first came to our rescue when we lived in Tempe, and we've continued calling on them after moving to our home in Gilbert. Their quality of service, fair pricing, and genuine relationship with customers is truly unmatched. Lisa is an AMAZING human being who genuinely cares and always hires the best people. Our tech Joe just left after doing a thorough inspection of our units to make sure everything is running smoothly. Like everyone we've worked with from Bumble Bee, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I will always recommend Bumble Bee to anyone needing air conditioning service because in the desert, having a reliable company you can trust is everything!

I’ve been using Bumble Bee Air Conditioning for a few years now and I can’t recommend them enough. At first they helped me extend the life of my 20-year-old AC unit which saved me a lot of money. This summer it was finally time for a replacement and they made the whole process seamless. The team took the time to explain all of my options and patiently answered every question I had. I was blown away by how quickly they worked, installing a brand new unit in just two days. The technicians were professional, courteous, and very tidy. They even laid down drop cloths to make sure no dirt or debris got inside my home. My new AC is fantastic. It is 40% more energy efficient and I could immediately feel a drastic improvement in how cold the air is. It has been a game changer for my comfort and utility bills. Bumble Bee Air Conditioning is an exceptional company. I was impressed the very first time I talked with their office on the phone. I found them by doing a google search for Certified Trane Comfort Specialists in Tempe and learned that all their techs are also NATE certified (North American Technician Excellence "validates a technician's knowledge and skills through rigorous, standardized testing, demonstrating their proficiency in the industry"). Customers have given them a 4.9 rating on Google. I give them 5 stars. The Better Business Bureau rates them A+. It's worth noting that they work on all types/brands of AC units. My husband is a retired Mechanical Engineer who worked for Mountain Bell through every merger for 31 years. He was responsible for the environment of telecommunications centers in three states AZ. NM. and UT plus a computer center in Tempe. He is raving about the quality of the work they did on our new AC installation. He says every aspect of our AC install is professional and better than the former ones, of which there have been three. Their team, Chad, Craig, Nabil, Louis and Parker were not only excellent workmen, they were also very personable, well-mannered, and considerate -- a very nice crew! I also spoke with Elizabeth and Paul in the office and received great customer service. I love that Bumble Bee AC is a local family-run company in Tempe (in business since 1999) that thrives by word-of-mouth recommendations; this means I'm not paying for a ton of TV or other advertising. We wanted a second quote for replacing our existing 15 yr old rusted/rusting AC unit and we needed it fast since we already knew there would be a price increase for any orders placed after May 1, 2025. I called them on Friday, 4/25, their technician came out Monday 4/28 . He brought us up to date on current technology then gave us a quote based on his recommendations the same day. Wednesday 4/30 they installed a new split-system variable-speed Trane Heat Pump and air scrubber. Our comfort level and air quality are now higher, and our electric bills will be lower with the new technology. We are very happy campers!

Angel and Mark came out to fix my A/C, they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They arrived within 2 hours of my initial call and got my A/C back up and running within an hour. We are so thankful! The quote was affordable and we were given options. I will definitely use them again.
