I had a flood in February 2025 that impacted the entire back side of my home. As someone who had never experienced anything like this before, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start. From the very beginning, Gerald Neely and the team at C-1, Inc. were a true blessing. Gerald worked closely with both me and my insurance adjuster to ensure all my construction needs were addressed thoroughly and professionally. When I mentioned to my adjuster that I wanted to use C-1, he immediately said I was in good hands—he had worked with Gerald in the past on several claims and admired the team’s attention to detail and perfectionism. Gerald, Kaela, and the entire C-1 family brought integrity, professionalism, and exceptional craftsmanship to every part of the process. Their character and quality of work speak volumes. I truly can’t say enough about how grateful I am for everything they did. I highly recommend C-1, Inc. to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled contractor!

I’m doing this review for my mom. It will be 8 years in May since she has been renting from C1-Inc. She called in a maintenance issue yesterday afternoon and C1-Inc stand on business as always she say. This morning a repair man is here. Customer Sevice A1, Communications A1, Understanding A1 and Prompt on maintenance request A1. These are her words and I never seen my mom happier renting from anybody. This company has truly been a blessing to her. When I’m ready to leave my apartment and search for a home C1-Inc is the one to call. Thank you for being a blessing to my mom. Nothing but love.

Great company, great customer service and will exceed your expectations. We had our roof replaced after experiencing a number of leaks due to missing shingles from Straight-line winds and storms. As a result of using C-1 we do not have any leaks and as an added bonus the value of our home increased due the knowledgeable advice and expertise from the C-1 staff!! We will ALWAYS use C-1 for our home repairs. Don't hesitate to call!

The roof they put on in 2018 is leaking and they have been working on a quote for 4 weeks. My project is behind now and water has been leaking in the house while the office personnel just offer me the runaround. They also immediately stated that the leak which is near a vent was the result of storm damage without getting on the roof. BTW all of the close neighboring houses have older roofs that have had no storm damage at all since 2018.

I’ve been renting my home from C-1 for 6 years and this has been nothing but a pleasant experience. They’re professional and about their business. Maintenance request they on top of it and any concerns you may have they on top of it.They are relatable where they value their tenants. I will never move out of their property unless I’m moving out of town or they put me out .

This company is absolutely amazing! Mr. Neely and his team members are awesome! Excellent workmanship and customer service!! I recommend 10 out 10!!
