Went there the other day asking for a replacement part for a kitchen faucet that I brought with me. The guy behind the counter asked me if I bought the original faucet online. I mentioned that my wife had years ago. He immediately raised his voice scolding me that he wouldn't even look because I was "taking food out of his mouth!" I was not only taken back, but shocked that someone would take that attitude with me. I turned around and walked out. I guess he didn't want the business I was trying to give him! He took the food out of his own mouth now! The place is a dump and parking lot was a minefield of rainfilled holes. Needless to say, we won't be back! Ridiculous and unprofessional at best!
Very unprofessional, old man thinks if he has "done more houses than you" you don’t deserve to be able to purchase parts. If he really is that knowledgeable which I don’t doubt that would mean 99percent of people would not meet the standards. Hopefully the next generation has more compassion
Many people here have it right - the guy behind the counter was a real piece of work. I went in for some PVC and a coupler. He certainly knows his stuff but when I asked if I could have a length of PVC he told me to 'hit the road and go to HomeDepot, no way I can afford it". I happily did so and wont be coming here again. Plenty of other local hardware stores with much nicer folk.
I will never shop here again. Over the years I’ve sent them thousands of dollars in revenue. I have referred multiple people here and spent a lot of money myself there. Owner Mike is always very arrogant and makes customers feel belittled if asking a question he doesn’t like. (Which I’ve always looked past). But yesterday he crossed the line. He Told me to get out of his store yesterday because I showed up at 3:58 pm over 1H before they closed (5:00pm) because he has only had 2 customers all day and wasn’t waiting around any longer and because I called a utility sink a slop sink which is a slang term. Save your time and just go to Lowe’s or Homedepot. They also don’t accept any returns. It to bad because I have even told them in the past I appreciate them, as I try to support small businesses and they always seem to have what I needed. I’ll never be going back.
Rudest and most unpleasant people I’ve ever experienced. Given them so much business and they still treat you like trash. Will never take any business here again and would suggest others do the same.
The men inside were very rude and condescending towards me(maybe because I'm a woman?) They wouldn't sell me the quanity of 3 because they said other people might need the part so would only sell 1 then proceeded to tell me they didn't take cards ♀️ ♀️ ♀️....just very poor overall business practice.
We have nothing but good things to say about this company our pipe broke on Sunday night we went to him on Monday to get what was needed to fix our problem we ended up being short 20 bucks and i believe the gentleman was the owner let us take the parts we needed to get our water back on for our family we never been to this place this was our first time he didn't no us and he trusted us to bring the amount owed back the next day i must say there are still good people out here and he for sure is one of them he also took the time to explain how to fix our problem he is a great man and i couldn't thank him enough for saving the day we were able to get the water turned on at 8 pm that night so yes i highly recommend this place
