Been using Cape Fear for several years now for our HVAC needs. They do good work at a fair price and have outstanding technicians. Felix did a great job with our system maintenance this week. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had several estimates for a big household plumbing job. I was most impressed by Rob and Keith at Cape Fear because they exhibited professionalism and deep expertise on the problem and best solution. They always showed up on time and worked to avoid disruptions in water supply. Rob helped particularly with the setup of a custom cabinet and sink for the bathroom which was a request as we updated. Throughout the work, they didn't let set backs slow them down and they stayed to the original estimate. Rob and Keith were great to work with and I'd therefore recommend Cape Fear Plumbing. I will also consider them for other work in the future.

I had another outstanding experience with Cape Fear Air Condition and Heating Company, INC, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I had an issue come up with my unit, and they sent out technician Kevin Blasingim—and let me tell you, this guy is awesome. Nicest, coolest, easiest-to-talk-to technician you’ll ever meet. Kevin immediately got to work diagnosing the problem, walked me through everything step-by-step, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He didn’t sugarcoat anything, didn’t waste any time, and made sure I understood everything clearly. He’s also arranging for their electrician to come out and take care of the rest. That’s the kind of service you want—thorough, honest, and on top of it. This company truly is amazing. Every single person I’ve talked to—whether in the office or out in the field—has been friendly, easygoing, and more than willing to explain things in a way that makes sense. Previous Experience: A while back, I worked with Josh Pitts, who helped me pick out a new system, and the installers Mr. Nelson and Mr. Santos, who were professional, respectful, and did excellent work. That experience was top-notch, and this latest one with Kevin only proves again why this company is the best in the business.

Felix was absolutely great. Extremely thorough, went through every iteration of what could be wrong, and tested each. Then he showed me all of his work and how he came to the diagnosis. It was definitely reassuring given how expensive HVAC systems are. I would highly recommend him.

A Cape Fear Technician diagnosed an amperage problem in the blower motor of my old furnace. I decided it was time to replace the furnace and Josh gave me an estimate that was fair. The day of the furnace replacement went great. The 2 installers were very professional and did an excellent installation. They cleaned up afterwards and left me as a very satisfied customer.

I’m happy with Cape fear services. Technician Bobby was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job with our annual maintenance and answer all my questions. I will prefer him for my upcoming visit.
