Jacob was one Of the nicest Plumbers, And all around great guy. He took his time to explain everything to me, even the things That I needed to correct at a later date. He made sure that before he left I was happy And my job was done correctly. Thank you again Carter's Plumbing I would definitely have you back When I need you, LOL Don't come before then! Lol

Requested to replace 2 toilets and update water shut off valves. Both done within a day. Visit was professional and courteous. Although we did have an issue with one toilets not being sealed correctly (thankfully no leaks) - a service call to Carter got that remediated right away with no hassle or problems.

Jody came to our house and gave a very detailed explanation of what was wrong and all the options of service. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! We decided to have them install a new water heater and they were able to do it the same day! Alex was our technician/installation guy and he was also very professional and polite. He did an excellent job and we were impressed with his work! It was done quick and the water heater was the best installation we’ve had! (Unfortunately, we’ve had a few). I highly recommend Carter’s! They are worth the price paid! We didn’t miss one day of hot showers!

Was able to schedule next day service even though I left message on Sunday. They showed up on time and were able to change washer hot/cold valves in a timely manner. Appreciated their professionalism. Also, hooked up our new washer for us! Would use again!

Alex was the most impressive plumber we have ever had. High quality work and very knowledgeable about our situation. Clearly explained things to us and took care of the repairs. A great representative for the company.

So thankful for Elijah at Carter’s My Plumber. Our shower needed a ton of work to get back up and running. From crawl space to nasty pipes, it took a couple visits. He was patient, honest, and so kind. We never had to worry about a thing, not even a mess! Thank you SO much!

Alex and Ashton were great. What we thought would be simple leak detection wound up taking quite a bit of time but Alex was thorough and eventually tracked it to our water heater. Was able to get a new one and get installed same day. Top notch service!
