Charland Appliance Center

We had an issue with our GE Cafe gas oven recently, and contacted Charland Appliance Center. Michael Charland came that same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, went out of his way (with persistence) to locate and obtain the required parts, and got the oven running properly. It turns out that the original installation over 5 years ago (from a different company) was not done correctly, not converting all valves from Natural Gas to Propane, which has been a significant safety issue unbeknownst to us! Kudos to Michael for a job well done, very prompt, professional, and courteous service! Highly recommended! A+

This is a review of customer service on the phone and I do not want to know what the products are like but judging from the help I got on the phone I would give it a try and at least call this company and work with them. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed older and experienced and he helped me with an issue with a Frigidaire refrigerator right over the phone it was something simple but he was helpful personable and nice and old-fashioned and I appreciate it immensely after calling many other places where service people we are not available because they were on the the road Or not nice People taking appointments who didn't want to bother with a small question. Thanks again and I will try to give this place business in the future.

Top shelf professional installation of a single wall oven and a cooktop with downdraft. Mike and Moses know what they're doing and are extremely conscientious right down to assuring proper screws and perfect level. I can't say enough about their attention to detail and getting it right.

I'm not sure what is happening at Charland Appliance, but whomever is covering for Mike is awful. Mike fixed my washer in June, replaced the pump. He was courteous, fast and gave me a great price to fix. I'm having the same issue with my washer. I called back to have Mike come take a look at it and another repairman showed up. He was there for 5 minutes, I showed him the receipt for the work that was done in June and he either didn't want to do the job or didn't know how to. He lied to me and told me that he needed to call Mike and that he would come back later that day. When I called back he told me that Mike was on vacation and has now been on vacation for 3 weeks! I've had to call another company to come and fix my washer. It's too bad, Mike is a great guy!!!

They came to look at a washer, they told me I needed a new pump I asked for the price they quoted me $500. I was surprised and told them I would rather buy a new one .the older guy told me all of the stores are out washers and it might take over a month to get a new one. I paid him $85 for his diagnostic and he left. I called a different place Fast appliance repair the guy came and quoted me $200 to fix the machine with a new pump. A difference of $300. How do you explain the $300 difference for the same job?

I needed a new stove installed quickly for a tenant. I spoke with Rich on Wednesday, and he was able to install one on Thursday. Would definitely recommend them for speedy service and quality pre-owned and serviced appliances.

We bought a commercial grade stove from these guys and it was an extremely good experience even when we had a mild issue with the stove. They immediately came and fixed it and it's the best thing we've ever put in our kitchen. I can't recommend them highly enough.
